Always pleasure to workout with Elena and her coaching along with all the tips and tricks that she incorporates with mobility and stretching…. If you are lucky you may get a quick 2 minute massage if you are hurting 😀💪🏽👍🙏🏾

Awesome! Love when Kacie coaches as she always adds in a stretching portion. She does a great job explaining the workout and shows proper form for every lift we are doing that day. She’s also body goals so that extra motivation helps 🙌🏻

I go to the open gym to do my own customized workout. I just love having the ability to go to SMCF at any time I need, due to my hectic and sporadic work schedule. Thank you SMCF for helping your members in this regard, so folks like me can achieve our goals! SMCF is the ONLY gym I know of in the Lehigh Valley that offers this, which sets it apart from all others!! ❤️💪😎👍

Kacie was incredible! Today was not only my first day at SMCF, but my very first cross fit class and I had the best time!! Already looking forward to the foundations course! Woke up sore as hell in the best way possible! Loved the community, the class and couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome as an absolute beginner! Can’t wait to go back!

Dan is always on time and organized. He is very knowledgeable and always willing to give pointers and make sure everyone’s lifting form is safe. It is always a great way to start the week with his class.

Jason is an amazing CrossFit coach! He is fantastic at showing us how to do the moves properly and ensures we maintain good form. His shiny personality and fun approach make every class enjoyable and motivating. Highly recommend!
The time I was there, it was a scheduled time of open gym/sprint class w/ out a coach. BUT, at that time it’s scheduled between two scheduled classes w/ coaches. There were actually 4 coaches around which one was Kayla who did the WOD w/ my husband & I. It’s awesome to have the support & help available if needed :) They are ALWAYS there to help you!!

Coach Brandon’s classes are some of my favorite at SMCF. He’s super knowledgeable when it comes to warmups/mobility and the execution of challenging lifts. Coach Brandon does a great job at making us athletes feel supported by providing various scales when needed in a WOD, but he also knows when to push us to achieve what he knows we are capable of when we need some encouragement. Keep up the great coaching, Brandon!!
