Love this place! Perfect fit for any mom that wants to get back into a fitness routine. The workouts are manageable, the Instructors do a great job demonstrating the moves and it’s up to the individual how much effort they can give that day. The other moms are friendly and supportive. It’s a come as you are, and bring your kids kind of place! So happy I found SLAM

Katy was amazing as always. It was tough, but worth it and I feel very accomplished afterwards. My legs are jello. But if I don’t do hard things I’ll never achieve my goal.

Malia is awesome! She always has an awesome workout planned that challenges and pushes me to do my best! She is encouraging and is always eager to help if I’m unsure about my form or a specific move.

I absolutely love the classes at SLAM! Attending 3-4 times a week has made a noticeable difference in my progress. The coaches are great at providing modifications for every exercise, and Malia always brings the energy with killer workouts. I leave every class feeling amazing!

If I can do an exercise better or different please let me know. It is so fun to see other ladies and have others there to motivate you in your health journey. The coaches are wonderful I love being able to bring the kids along. The location of the gym is great. Often you see other ladies after a workout doing there weekly shopping.

I loved the yoga session! It was a very easygoing atmosphere and even though I complained a little, it was a really good pace for me! My only wish is that Malia had more than one yoga class a month!

I liked the format for this class. A, I didn’t have to count. B, it was full body with strength and some cardio if you wanted it. Malia is always good at giving modifications to meet everyone’s needs for the day.

Malia is an amazing coach! Always explaining the exercises fully and making sure there are versions that work for everyone! She also puts up with all the complaining when we don’t want to workout!!
