Sargent and his coaches are consummate professionals; when I came in with some physical issues, this team carefully assessed what I could and couldn’t do. They made thoughtful adjustments in my workouts - modifying exercises and selecting appropriate weights - so that I could continue to progress in my fitness level without risking further injury. Their attention to how I was feeling during each session stood out, as they regularly checked in and personalized the routine to match my capabilities that day. Because of their expertise and careful approach, I was able to build strength steadily while feeling supported throughout the process. The environment they create at Sarge Athletics makes it clear that every member’s individual needs matter, which turned a potentially frustrating setback into continued forward momentum.

Yesterday was my first session and I was really happy with the entire experience. Sarge walked me through every exercise, explained things clearly and made corrections when necessary. The atmosphere is very comfortable and fun! I left feeling listened too and really motivated for my next session!!

Patrick worked with me one on one and provided input to improve while responding to my current limitations. My working with Patrick and Bridgit have been always an enjoyable experience for improving my fitness.

What’s one breakthrough moment you’ve had at Sarge Athletics?

Great work out today. Stevie really went extra mile and pushed me to work smarter and harder. I joined about 3 to 4 months ago and best decision I have made in a long time. I feel so much better and I am seeing real results.

The training experience with Sarge and his team is fantastic. He tailored my workouts to ensure maximum success after recovering from hip replacement surgery. I am feeling stronger and more confident that I will reach all of my goals and continue to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Sarge and his team are helpful and closely monitor my exercises. Sarah is great. She understands my current knee limitations and is helping me work on my core and upper body. She is delightful, knowledgeable, and fun to be with.

Sarge took me and my wife thru a Javorek Complex, which she and I really enjoy doing. This has become a Saturday morning routine, as I do a more structured hypertrophy program during the week and this is a lot more active and fun. :-)

Great workout today! Lucky me got to choose the playlist so that pumped me up. I arrived ready to nail it and I did. Felt accomplished leaving the gym. Can’t wait for Thursday.

Everyone is great. I work out with Sarge primarily and have been getting stronger and step her every day. He works through my aches, pains and injury like no other ever has. Going to my workouts is the highlight of my day.
