Darla takes time explain the WOD clearly and makes sure during the WO that I follow the form. She is very attentive and professional in her approach and keeps the conversation light. I enjoy coming here for my WO and I look forward to being there every single day . They have done good job in keeping the facility very clean, there are always fresh towels

Coach Muriel did great!!! Handled the class professionally. One improvement suggestion is if there is a mic when instructions are being given especially if it is a huge class. Or any other solution so that instructions can be easily heard. Overall you guys are doing great and you have my support in your success.
