Sam is such an encouraging coach!!! There are certain workouts that might not be a favorite activity but she will take the time to comment on what you are doing WELL and it just makes you want to try harder to complete or master the action! Thankful for her individual comments & encouragement!

Drake bring a lot of energy to the workouts. He demonstrates the workout in detail. If someone has a injury, Drake has a alternate movement so you can still get a good workout in.
I thought Sam did a great job watching all the athletes. She also has a encouraging attitude that helps to get through difficult workouts
Coach Morgie always pushes me to not be a wimp during the WODs. I suffered greatly tonight because my partner was an RX athlete and I myself am a scaled athlete. I force myself to do sets of 10 wallballs now only because Morgie knows I can do that total at once. As a bonus she permitted entrance to her PRECIOUS new fur niece and turned my shitty Monday mood to a fantastic day. 10/10 always for coach Morgie ❤️🫶🏻

She takes the time during class to carefully demonstrate each exercise and watches closely to make sure everyone’s form is safe and effective. Her knowledge about the scaling options is impressive - she offers clear alternatives that match each person’s fitness level, which really helps people work toward their goals without feeling overwhelmed. Morgan makes class fun even if the workout is challenging by keeping the energy positive and encouraging, creating an atmosphere where it’s okay to push yourself but also to enjoy the process. I always love the way you explain movements and their scaling. It is great to hear about how you still struggle with certain movements or what struggles you had when you were learning different movements. I feel it helps the average member realize it’s okay to scale because some of these movements are tough for elite athletes.

Sam was an awesome Saturday coach! The workout plan was on point and kept us moving the whole time without being a super intense workout on a Saturday. Super positive energy and constant encouragement made it so much fun! You can tell she cares and loves coaching! Ranked top favorite Saturday workout for me! 🏆 💪

Sam was super attentive with class today. She took the time to show proper technique by doing lead up activities to better our understanding. Personally, she gave me multiple tips today in order to get the most out of my workout and to do it safely. At one point, she even told me to come down on weight and focus on reps and technique. She is always makes every morning so inviting by her infectious attitude and her desire for everyone's improvement! Such a great coach!
She’s got traps that could intimidate a grizzly and a smile that says “I will absolutely make you regret skipping yesterday.” Tough, funny and genuinely encouraging. She makes you want to work harder… mostly so she doesn’t roast you. Wouldn’t trade her for all the protein in the world. 10/10 would get bossed around by her again. (And again. And again.)
Morgan always goes above and beyond to know her members not as just a number in the gym but she gets to know you personally. She remembers small details, asking about family, work, ect. She is informative and focused on mechanics so that everyone is safe at each modification level. She is encouraging and pushes you to be better and stronger. Morgan truly cares and it shows!

I really appreciated how Craig took time to go through every step of the barbell lift and made sure everyone was performing each step accurately. He was so encouraging as he watched everyone individually practice the lift, and gave corrections as needed until it was done correctly. Thanks Craig!!
Sam always does a fantastic job! She is so aware of every member, she always gets us out on time, she is always walking around during the workout encouraging us and being attentive to those who need extra help! Love Sam!
Saturday workouts with Coach Craig are always my favorite. He is always so creative with creating the workout and does a good job explaining how it works.
I thought it was refreshing to seek advice on running from another person. It is always nice when someone is not afraid to admit they are not an expert on a subject

It was a great first experience with crossfit. The facilities are nice. The coach explained everything clearly and offered scaling for any level. I appreciated the camaraderie among all the members and how they pulled us right into that as newbies. As someone who has never tried anything like this, I could definitely see myself going again!

No coach. I’ve been struggling with my work schedule and I’m not able to attend any classes. I went in today after being gone for two weeks, it was hard!! I want and need to lift weights but doing it on my own takes a lot of willpower. I’m truly thankful to have Route50 to help me no mater my struggles. I still need someone to check on me. I need the support. I love the friends I’ve made here and plan to continue this journey.
The coach was as usual ready to give us a good workout this morning it was long and had lots of steps however it was a great workout!

Sam is the perfect laid back coach for 5:30 a.m. class. I’m definitely not looking for anything intense that early in the morning. Strength and WOD were both challenging but not impossible.
