I had a great time! Everyone there including the instructor Layne was very welcoming. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. I’m newer to CrossFit and Layne walked me through everything without judgement. Great gym, instructor and workout. I will be back!
Amanda is truly an incredible coach! She’s always helpful, motivating, and fully present during class. She consistently finds ways to challenge me in the best way, whether that’s pushing me a little harder, cueing small adjustments, or helping me improve my form so I’m moving safely and effectively. What I appreciate most is how genuinely invested she is in every person’s growth. You can tell she cares about progress, not perfection, and she makes you feel supported while still holding you to a higher standard. Highly recommend taking her class!
Amanda does an amazing job making sure your form is the most important and always makes sure too push you. All the trainers have been great and very helpful. You never feel like you’re the “new guy” and they really show patience and experience helping you with every workout!
Chase is an exceptional coach. Even in a gym full of members during classes, his overall coaching style feels very personalized - like he truly sees each person individually. He emphasizes one’s strengths by noticing the small details, whether it’s adjusting your form mid-rep or suggesting a slightly heavier weight to challenge you without risking injury. He’s motivating without being fake; there’s a genuine energy in the way he encourages you that makes you want to push harder rather than just go through the motions. Personally, I appreciate how he makes suggestions that improve my overall workout success - whether it’s a tweak to my breathing during a tough set or recommending a different exercise that better targets my goals. Those moments stand out because they make the workout feel tailored, not generic. Chase is a morning ray of motivational sunshine 🌞. Walking into RedHorse Fitness and seeing him ready to coach instantly lifts my mood and mindset for the day ahead. His upbeat presence and thoughtful coaching turn every workout into a session I look forward to.
Great workout. Always has good alternative options. Pushes you hard. Knowledgeable on lifts and stimulus. You know it’s going to be a good workout when Chase is there.
Ty was very effective at keeping everything moving to finish on time. He was energetic and it was very obvious to see how much he truly was enjoying this. Even at ODARK30! A few of us needed a few things scaled and there was a newer member who also needed his extra attention. He managed everything with ease and demonstrated his knowledge on how to scale appropriately for each level. He provided good cues on form for efficient and safe movement during the warm up, during the workout and afterwards to several members. I would definitely go to another class he coaches. Thanks Ty
Ty did a great job at showing correct form for bench press and gave some different ideas for push ups. Modifications were challenging and a great workout. My arms will thank him later. 😀
Today in class I learned all about how failure feels. No, not that kind of failure ... I mean the kind where you dump everything you have into your workout, set after set and rep after rep until there's nothing left to give and you walk out knowing you gave it your all with her steady support through the entire class.
First day back in about a month and had the awesome experience of having Coach Ty Larsen fill in. It was the first time I attended a class he taught. Prior to class starting and when I walked in the door the gym was already set up and prepped with machines we needed. Music was on point. But most of all the coaching was encouraging, deliberate, and helpful. Today was straight row, row, row your boat. In times past I just jumped on and starting pulling, no strategy. Ty took time to explain the machine and met myself and another member where we were at. Would Hands down recommend attending a class taught by Ty!
Today’s workout kicked my butt! Ashely explained the movements well, challenged me with my weights, and corrected my form when needed. She always has a smile on her face and is so encouraging throughout the class!
Carson is a good coach. He’s been coaching me for a few years now. He knows my fitness level and he knows my limits. He knows what to say or do to push me a little.
Beth is an amazing coach!! She is always so funny and makes class fun! She is enthusiastic and wants you to try your best! We may get distracted by talking too much but we always get our work done! She also has the BEST playlist to work out to!! I always look forward to class with Beth!

Chase makes the 5:30 am class something that you really look forward to do! He’s really nice and his energy is AMAZING :) He notices when you need to get cheered up and he’s there for you, helps you adapt the workouts, and it’s basically there for you however and whenever you need:) As someone who started less than a year ago, I’m so proud of the progress I’ve made, and coaches like him help you get better and push harder:)
Mornings with Chase make my week. He drives you to push yourself. He has been able to follow my journey over the past couple years and not only help recover through injuries but push through weakness. Chase brings the energy to the 0'Dark Thirty Crew!

Mornings with Chase are the best! The energy he brings in the gym is something I always look forward to. He's quick to help adapt the daily workout to everyone's personal fitness level. His ability to assist in challenging my individual fitness level has helped me grow it tremendously. I'm so thankful for all I've learned and grown since choosing Redhorse.
Amie is such an empowering and supportive coach! I appreciate that she pushes me to challenge myself. I also appreciate that she meets me where I’m at physically and still celebrates my achievements even on my scaled days. Big or small goals, Amie is such a cheerleader to when they are met!
