Class was awesome! Coach Rob is very knowledgeable and always creates a super positive training environment. It’s always motivating to be there and I am learning a lot. Red Woods has tons of variety in their workouts. Every session is different but still goal oriented. Red Woods also has so many different pieces of equipment that you never run out of ways to train.

Since I joined Strongman it has been a great experience. The community welcomed me from day 1. Bobby is an awesome motivator and coach! I recommend to anyone try Strongman and of course the Cross fit team.

Kathy did great! She treats everyone like family and really takes the time to not only help with the lifts with motivation and suggestions/improvements on the movements but also taking time to really interact on a personal level with each and every person that walks threw those doors. I love the 9am class 💪

Joel was great at assisting with formation and demonstrating how to efficiently and effectively do a muscle up (scaling option) He has great communication skills that was easy to understand the intention behind the movement and what muscles/body parts were being engaged

I could go on and on about coach Kathy’s 9am classes, her style of coaching is perfect for a 9am class. Kathy’s class is more of a family reunion 4 mornings a week, we all come for the workout BUT stay for the community and each other, that is the environment coach Kathy has built.
