Coach Rob is absolutely incredible! His passion for what he does shines through in his coaching. He’s super attentive, and if you’re willing to put in the work, he’s there to help you overcome any obstacle. I’ve been to several gyms, and by far, this one feels like home. I just started, and everyone from the coaches to the members makes you feel incredibly welcome. There's a genuine sense of community here that you don't find everywhere; people are constantly cheering each other on and offering support, no matter your fitness level.
Robert is an insightful and knowledgeable coach who made the experience both fun and welcoming. He introduced me to other members, and I never once felt like an outsider. I would highly recommend him and his gym to anyone who is interested
Bobby is a great coach! I train with the strongman crew here Saturdays Bobby is very motivating and knowledgeable when it comes to technique and training. Also shoutout to Marty who has been coaching the strongman class as well, training is always fun and challenging. If your looking to compete in crossfit, strongman, or just get in great shape this is the place to go!

Saturdays can be tough, but you made the session inclusive by adjusting and showing scaled options to suit everyone.
