Class was great! Moni has a way of putting athletes at ease; at the same time pushing us to perform at max effort. We had couple new faces at 5 am. Moni was very welcoming. Explanation of movements and skills was very concise and clear with good demonstration.
I love when Mer coaches. You can always count on her pushing you to do better and more :)
