Coach Michelle is amazing! Sheβs super motivating, knowledgeable, and makes every CrossFit class fun and challenging. She really takes the time to help with form and pushes you to do your best. Iβve gotten so much stronger since training with her. Pure Fitness is lucky to have her!

Hi, really appreciate the pace of the warm-up when Alli is coaching. Weβre always onto the next movement just before I finish the prior movement. Sometimes in other classes the warm up pace is slow & I tend to look at the board and work ahead. I donβt like waiting, especially in the morning classes when I have to get out on time to get to work. Iβm grateful when we finish up a little early.

As with every class I have attended, Michelle was warm and welcoming. She takes time to great each person and makes them feel part of the PURE family from the minute they walk through the door. Michelle does a great job assuring each athlete work out meets them where there skill level is and helps to push them just a bit further in to help advance their skill set. Michelle is a tremendous asset to the gym and really makes the vibe warm and welcoming.

As always, Michelle is a great coach. Does a great job of making exercises approachable for new people. For those who have been before, she still makes sure to give plenty of tips to help improve form or whatever is needed.
