Nadine is great at explaining each movement and the muscles it should target. She takes the time to make sure everyone understands and is ready before we begin.

Today specifically was circuit endurance training. Those days are always a lot of fun, lots of variation and solid cardio which is hard to get in the Connecticut winter. Highly recommend working with Andrew and Primal in general.

I showed up to class with a pinched nerve in my neck and wasn’t sure what I would be able to do during class. Andrew had solutions for me as always, and I was able to do every exercise with his guidance. I completed the workout pain free and even felt I had better range of motion after the class. I also received some feedback for a leg exercise that was specific to my body and imbalances, and it really helped! It was a fun environment as always and a great start to the day!!

The other day, I shared with my 21-yr-old son a new exercise that I had done that day at Primal Path. We laid on our back, picked up our hands and feet and when Andrew said “go” we had to roll over, jump up and sprint for a few steps. This week my son has been in our attic screwing metal connectors to all the rafters in our old house as my husband, who is my age, is unable to roll around in the attic to do this type of work. My son suggested that obviously I would be capable of helping him due to Andrew’s incorporation of movements that keep aging members agile :) I joined this gym at 45 and 7 years later am still participating 3 days a week, most weeks. Andrew strives to improve workouts, methods and equipment so it is always challenging and a lot of fun!
