I’m starting my third quarter with PHF and it’s still one of my favorite parts of the day. Kelly is super knowledgeable about how to support and challenge you in your strength training goals. I’ve seen personal progress since I’ve started and am looking forward reaching some more goals. The other ladies in the class are awesome too. It’s a fun and supportive class. Come and lift with us!

It’s so great to return after my summer travels. Kelly is amazing! I always feel like she is watching me even when helping others. I love her corrections and encouragement. Positive gives fill the room!!

The encouragement to go heavier (even if it’s a baby weight) and believe that I can do it has helped me beat my PRs, and gives me daily confidence. Today’s workout was partly hard, LOVE rack pulls and am determined for lefty to match weigh with righty on those dang preacher curls!

Coach Kelly's help with my form is incredible. She guides everyone with weight options and doesn't hesitate to demonstrate the exercise.

I can’t say enough great things about Kelly and her knowledge with her training! I had two full knee replacements and my knees have never felt stronger. She helps me modify when needed and corrects me with my form when needed. I wish I would have started with her years ago!

Today was fun for the me vs me challenge, Kelly always encourages me not to quit on myself and I was able to beat my previous scores which really encourages me to keep going. Thank you for a good workout!

I have never been to a gym before, nor taken any exercise classes so I did not know what to expect. Kelly made it so easy! She showed me what to do and it was easy to follow. I went on a day that focused on arms and by the time I got home it hurt (in a good way) to open my car door. So I really appreciated that she had advised me to up my protein to aid in my recovery, that was a huge help! I will definitely be recommending her to a few ladies I know that have been looking for a place to workout!

Kelly is an excellent coach/ instructor. She is extremely knowledgeable and comfortably patient yet she is firm and gently guides you to where you need to be. It’s a comfortable but challenging approach to fitness.

My training session with Kelly on Thursday was awesome! She is very knowledgeable and encouraging. However, I’m not looking forward to Monday morning because Penn State lost to Notre Dame and she is not going to be happy.🤪

I enjoy going to this gym. It's fun but it's quite serious when it comes to working out. Exercises are explained well and there's constant feedback, like having your own personal coach. I need this kind of environment to push myself.
