I loved the 1 leg RDL. It was a test of balance, concentration, and core strength- which I need work on. I am feeling more confident in my lunge work, just need to be aware of my limitations on my knees at the moment.

I enjoy going to this gym. It's fun but it's quite serious when it comes to working out. Exercises are explained well and there's constant feedback, like having your own personal coach. I need this kind of environment to push myself.

Kelly is hands down the best trainer I’ve ever worked with! I’m feeling stronger everyday, have more energy and as a bonus have been losing weight! She has tailored to my vestibular issues and has helped me gain confidence to be able to work out again like I did in the past!

Kelly is a great coach. She has created an environment for women to build body strength in a supportive community. She helps you learn to challenge yourself and keep growing. The gym culture is wonderful.
