Kelly makes the class welcoming to everyone with a desire to get or stay healthy. Strength training is individualized so that an individuals strength and abilities are recognized and not compared to another's. Modifications are made with Kelli's guidance.

My training session with Kelly on Thursday was awesome! She is very knowledgeable and encouraging. However, I’m not looking forward to Monday morning because Penn State lost to Notre Dame and she is not going to be happy.🤪

I enjoy going to this gym. It's fun but it's quite serious when it comes to working out. Exercises are explained well and there's constant feedback, like having your own personal coach. I need this kind of environment to push myself.
