The class and instructor were great! Having someone watch your form and make individualized corrections, plus exercises that that I subconsciously avoid is perfect. My one suggestion is when a new client joins a class, take a minute or two to ask about injuries and workout/training history.
Brienne is a great coach! She is engaged throughout the whole class and always corrects form when needed. Her warmup guidance is very thorough, and she demonstrates the moves the whole time.
Everybody there made me feel so included and encouraged. It was great that the coaches walked around and gave us proper form and helped us stretch a little past where we were going on our own.
Becky was great! She provided good detailed instruction, corrected our form when necessary, was encouraging, and made sure we all had a great workout. Glad I tried the Pilates class.
Breinne was awesome! Pushed me through a tough workout on a hot day and walked me through some corrections throughout the workout which was very helpful!
He was excellent in that he knew I was green and helped me as he saw I needed help.
If you’re on the fence about it, take the class! You get an already made program that’s led by high quality coaches. Isaiah’s my PT and also the guy leading my workout, so I really feel like I’m receiving the best care physically and mentally. Just show up and see for yourself. You won’t regret it, I didn’t! Thanks physio. I think you guys actually changed my life for the better.
Becky doesn't just teach a fitness class, she individually coaches her clients to become stronger and more confide in their abilities. I leave feeling better and happier. A great start to my day!
I highly recommend the Pilates and strength training classes. These classes are for anyone wanting accountability and instruction on correct form - you don’t need to be a PT patient! I’ve tried strength training at home but always quit due to pain from incorrect form. Having PTs as instructors gives me confidence that I’m doing the exercises correctly. The instructors are supportive, instructive and encouraging. I feel I’m getting a private session during every class.
Becky is fantastic- she watches each member to make sure their form is correct. Most of us started at Physio Performance as PT patients. Becky seems to remember all of our old injuries and modifies exercises to our needs. I feel safe lifting at Physio!

Monday’s 7:00 am class with Isaiah is simply the best way to start the week! Regularly 4 or 5 of us and all are working hard. Isaiah is quick with a small adjustment, encouraging word and sometimes, a push. I am stronger and more flexible thanks to the expert PT guidance. I’m grateful for the Physio Performance team!

The class was very well lead and instructed. Attention to detail to be sure you were moving correctly and at the right pace. It truly made a difference in my movement by slowing it down where I was able to lift more, slowly in the class. Thank you!
