Lewis had a tough job of lifting our spirits with a quiet crowd today but he put on the tunes and he kept his energy high as always and he turned us around by the end of it. Lots of good pointers to keep improving too as always. I feel like I have been coming consistently to his Wednesday classes lately and really noticing an improvement 💪🏻

I really enjoy Luke’s classes! I’ve been attending his Tuesday classes since I’ve started PAC and he’s been awesome from day one. Luke really knows his stuff and always gives great advice. I’m still new to certain movements, but he’s super accommodating, he’ll always give me alternatives that suit my level while still pushing me to progress. Even on days when I’m not feeling it or start doubting myself, he’s always supportive and encouraging. His playlist is always ON point too! 😂 You’re the man, Luke!
Hannah is epic. Clear instructions. Progressions for all abilities. Have everyone something to focus on in a class of quite high skill.
Jess was really helpful and never pushy, which worked perfectly for me. She gave me the space and time to move at my own pace but was always available when I needed her. She also offered thoughtful suggestions and alternatives, which I truly appreciated.

There is nothing Mitch doesn’t know about strength and conditioning, CrossFit and rugby - this guy can do it all. Highly recommend Mitch, the coaching team and all the members at CrossFit Porirua to anyone pursuing fitness gains.

I really enjoyed Mitch's coaching, especially during these lifting workouts! His attention to detail for every member shouldn't go unnoticed! Really drilling down on the key points of the lift and then having tailored key points that each member can work on, regardless of their experience and skill level on the lift, is an amazing attribute to have in a coach! 10/10 would attend his classes again.
Hannah's ability to command the attention of the class with clear instructions when needed is highly impressive. Her capability to explain and also demonstrate the movements in detail shows the hard work she has put into the sport.
Before the session began Lewis greeted participants and new visitors with natural friendliness despite being busy. The class was well prepared and organized, instructions and communication clear and pleasant.

Hannah explains the workout really well and breaks it down to make sure everyone understands. She circulates providing encouragement and advice if needed and ensures there are scale down movements with the body ailments of us older or injured people 😆 She has developed a sense of humor and is able to have a laugh when the boot campers are coming to grips with workouts and doing their socialising gig lol

Lorton always makes the classes enjoyable, includes everyone very well and explains movements well. Really enjoy Lortons classes and he makes me laugh every class I go to.

Have had Bren over the past months in the morning session. I really enjoy Bren’s style and approach. Clear that he’s technically competent and capable. Manner and approach to class is tailored and effective. Always good to have Bren lead the session👍
I hadn't exercised much for decades and I'm carrying a few injuries. Was great that all that could be accommodated with lots of one on one attention, encouragement, patience, flexibility and gentle introduction. 10/10. I've already booked same class for next week.
Great coaching, approached me with some awesome feedback and a reminder about bar set up for cleans. Also great pacing advice for the last piece of the session. It was my first time there and I felt welcomed.

Lorton is a great coach with a lot of enthusiasm. He clearly explains and demonstrates the skills within the workout as well as pushes you to lift heavier or perform more reps than what you achieved the previous session. Ka pai Lorton! He’s the man.

Todays session was awesome! Very clean and clear instructions along with a very positive bubbly face from Livvy this morning. She demonstrated all movements to us insuring we all had options that were suitable to our personal skill set. Looking forward to next session. Only thing to add, louder music to get us pumping but another fantastic workout🫡

Lewis was as awesome as always pushing you to move the bar correctly in his own unique style. Lewis always has something different for you to work on every class to help you move the bar more efficiently. I learn a lot from Lewis’s classes and he pushes you to test yourself and do more.
