I’ve been pretty absent in the gym lately, but it was a warm welcome back and I can genuinely feel the excitement to you have to see members coming in. Always encouraging, appropriately tweaking my movements, complimenting the goods.
I play soccer and getting faster is important to me. I feel like the exercises we did are going to help me get better on the field.
Lauren and Marc have created an environment in which I do not feel discouraged or embarrassed for not being the strongest or the fastest in class. Training with Lauren and Marc is where I’m the happiest. They make it so much fun to challenge myself! I always say Wednesday is my absolute favorite (Oxygen! 😂🥵) VO₂ Max day, but honestly, every single day is my favorite because every workout is great! There’s never a dull moment with them. Strength, endurance, power, VO2 Max, Thursday at the track and lifting; we do it all! Every time you walk in, you know you’re about to work with coaches who care and put together the best workout possible. It’s tough, but always fun! And the best part is, there’s always a way to modify if you need to, they truly meet you where you’re at. I’m so lucky and blessed to have found them, because I never want anywhere else to be my home gym!! Let’s keep it going! 💪🔥
Marc & Lauren are great! Joining p2g has been one of the best decisions for my health and mindset. I’ve gained strength, confidence, and discipline. The atmosphere pushes you to work hard while still feeling supported. It’s not just about lifting weights, it’s about growing in every aspect.

It was a great workout! Lauren and Marc put together great classes. They are intense and grueling but at the end of class you feel accomplished!
Marc and Lauren are both amazing coaches. I truly enjoy going to classes with them. They push you hard and it’s tough but they know the potential we can reach.
Lauren explains all movements thoroughly and demonstrates or gives alternative movements should someone have an injury. Her coaching style is positive and encouraging. Totally enjoy working with her.
The coaches are amazing and take time to “ review your technique and form. I’m still working on one day lifting a dumbbell 15-20 pounds using my left arm (one day). Before my car accident, I was able to but was informed during my physical therapy sessions it could take months to years.
