The coaches are amazing! I was hesitant about joining at first because of my skill level being just a beginner. They immediately made me feel comfortable and adjusted the workouts to what I can do. They also don’t stand over you making you overwork yourself which is so nice. I would recommend the gym 110% to anyone thinking about joining something like this. Life changing!
I have been training with Marc and Lauren for almost a year now and I have seen so much progress. I am stronger and faster now than I was when I was younger. I highly recommend both coaches and the community they’ve built is like no other. I love my gym!
There is no duo more dynamic than Marc and Lauren! Their coaching is on another level, constantly motivating you and correcting form when needed. Workouts are fun, challenging and you leave feeling an immense sense of accomplishment! After years of solo training, I would have never reached the level that I am now. Whether your goals are big or small, want to do a Hyrox, gain strength for an Ironman or just feel good again, Marc and Lauren are there to help you every step of the way.
Coaches are great!! Very friendly very nice always working with me to accomplish my goal. Makes me feel very welcome and comfortable. They motivate me and are always there to answer any questions very supportive.What makes this gym special is that every one is friendly super clean not crowded there is enough equipment for everyone.

Amazing classes that push me to work my hardest and achieve my own personal goals. The coach offered me modifications to support my goals and ability. I recommended this facility to all, I had a great experience here.
The coaches help me by correcting my form on movements, which makes a big difference in how effective and safe my workouts feel. They pay close attention during each exercise, whether it's a squat or a deadlift, and gently guide me to adjust my posture or alignment. This attention helped me avoid discomfort and really engage the right muscles. I feel more confident and capable every session because of their input. It matters a lot to me because proper form prevents injury and leads to better progress, and that level of care isn’t something I’ve found at every gym. P2G Fitness - OAK LAWN stands out because the coaches are genuinely focused on helping you improve, not just pushing you through a routine.
My coach did great today! He helped me with leg workouts that would make me jump higher Ever since i joined around 2-3 years ago, ive noticed that my muscle mass has increased and i’m more athletic and have more stamina than before
I’ve been pretty absent in the gym lately, but it was a warm welcome back and I can genuinely feel the excitement to you have to see members coming in. Always encouraging, appropriately tweaking my movements, complimenting the goods.
I play soccer and getting faster is important to me. I feel like the exercises we did are going to help me get better on the field.

The coaches are amazing and take time to “ review your technique and form. I’m still working on one day lifting a dumbbell 15-20 pounds using my left arm (one day). Before my car accident, I was able to but was informed during my physical therapy sessions it could take months to years.
