Coach did great. Demonstrates correct movement pattern and is always monitoring class, making sure everyone is doing movements correctly and offers tips to be more efficient

I’m really impressed with the quality of the workouts and the training. Jon Jon is knowledgeable, supportive, and pushes you to improve without being overwhelming. Every session is well-structured and challenging in the best way!

Jon Jon is an excellent coach. He is highly detail-oriented, provides clear explanations, and offers consistent support throughout the process. I was initially scared about trying a new gym, but his approach made me feel completely comfortable (still working on the confidence). The gym itself is super clean and organized, my OCD appreciates it. 10/10 would recommend!!

Beautiful facility! Top notch equipment! Programming feels intentional. Coaching and support is amazing! Super welcoming environment, whether you are new to this type of work or an experienced athlete, the variation in programming and movements guarantees a challenge and results for anyone.

John John is an amazing coach, he knows his stuff, he is professional and super cool. The gym is beautiful and welcoming. We needed something like this on the westside.
