Jon and Pat help so much. It’s my first time doing some of these exercises and they are there to help you and push you. The gym is set up perfectly. Everyone is friendly and encouraging. 10000/10 recommend.

Outwest Strength & Conditioning has the best vibes! The space is always clean and well-organized, with great equipment that’s clearly well-maintained and up to date. There’s an energy in the gym that just pushes you to do better, whether it’s the upbeat music, the friendly chatter between members, or the way the staff moves around encouraging everyone. The staff is always friendly and approachable; they take the time to check in, offer tips on form, and make you feel welcome even if it’s your first time. Every visit feels motivating in a way that makes you want to come back and improve. Highly recommend.

I recently attended a class at OutWest with Coach Jonathan, and it was a wonderful experience. Jonathan’s coaching style is both motivating and approachable. He made the workout feel challenging yet enjoyable. He gave clear instructions, offered great tips on form, and kept the energy in the room high from start to finish. What stood out the most was how attentive he was to everyone in the class, making sure each person felt supported no matter their fitness level. His enthusiasm and encouragement made the session fly by, and I left feeling stronger, more confident, and excited to come back.

This was my first time taking the strength and conditioning class, and I absolutely loved it! I’ve been looking for a way to push myself harder, and this class definitely gave me the intensity I needed. The workout was challenging in the best way, and I walked out feeling accomplished and motivated. I’ll definitely be back—this is exactly what I was looking for to take my training up a notch!
I believe i saw gym on instagram, stop by to see in person. Place is amazing, clean, top of the line equipment, was introduced to David one of the trainers and following Day met Jon jon, coach/ trainers very welcoming. Had two trial sessions and had the honor to have johnathan in my team workout!💯👍💪🏋♂️
The staff was very motivating. They didn’t let you quit and for sure were able to keep me hyped throughout the workout.

Phenomenal program, and just like in the past coach Jonathan does not disappoint. Very attentive, takes time to correct the athlete’s form, gives tips on how to get the most of our workout, and is a great motivator.
The workouts are good, well thought out, and can be made more challenging to suit any fitness level! Coach is always there to assist or push you when needed! Highly recommend!
