How do I begin? If there ever was a human that was BORN to TEACH it would be Sensei Eric! He’s great with ALL ages and understands that each individual has different learning styles. Whenever I see that Sensei Eric is leading the class I KNOW it going to be a great class and I’m going to learn a lot. Thank you Sensei Eric

The fitness classes at OTW make the perfectly efficient workout for those with a busy schedule. The workout is 35 minutes but designed to work all of your muscle groups and get you sweating. The circuit format keeps your heart rate up the whole time so you’re working hard the whole time. Nate pushes us to work our hardest and keeps us motivated. This class is my favorite part of the week!

Coach Eric is the bomb (and so is Nate and professor Will). Eric is a great instructor that makes class fun and it’s inspiring how good he is at so many martial arts and body awareness. I always learn new things from him that I can apply to jiu jitsu, self defense and overall fitness. He also puts a lot of thought what I need to work on and helps me simplify things on Jiu jitsu that allows a lot of aha moments for me. Thanks Eric!!

Awesome. Worked on small details that make a big difference and different transitions (& submissions) from side control. Will was patient and explained/demonstrated/and walked through technique with us.

While today was not a class—just cycled—all the fitness classes I’ve taken have been great and I continue to meet my goals. Nate and Eric are outstanding! And call out to Juliana for always being so helpful and supportive!

On Track Wellness is easily one of the best gyms/dojos in the area!! They have Karate, Kickboxing, Judo qnd Jiu Jitsu. All of the Instructors there are extremely knowledgeable with extensive backgrounds in various Martial Arts. They show an excellent balance between fun and discipline. Mine and my kids skills have excelled since training with this team! I highly recommend them for old and new practictioners.
