Coach CC is incredibly polite and very thorough in explaining movement and posture. As a beginner and first-time doing Olympic lifts, I’m learning a lot about proper form and injury prevention. I would highly recommend coach CC to anyone, especially beginners like myself.
First time at OBK and was impressed. I’ve been doing CrossFit for about five years, and Coach Amanda is one of the warmest, most welcoming coaches I’ve met. She struck that perfect balance of pushing me hard without ever making it feel overwhelming. She read the room, understood my experience level right away, and coached with the kind of confidence that makes you want to level up. The gym itself has an incredible vibe — super community-oriented, family-friendly, and genuinely encouraging. You can tell people love being here.
In the classes I have attended she’s been so great. Kelli is a very knowledgeable, professional, encouraging fitness coach! Excited to continue my fitness journey with her!

What a wonderful atmosphere and such welcoming staff. Chinyere took the time to personally greet me and took care of me and my families needs. We all left really enthused about our time at OBK
OBK hosted our rowing event & did an amazing job at coaching everyone, especially those who hadn’t tried it before! Such a great atmosphere with very supportive coaches!

KJ is a huge help in my training - always making sure I use the correct form and pushing me in a way that’s encouraging. Her approach makes it easy to stay consistent and confident in my workouts. I feel she reflects OBKs values of striving to improve while showing kindness and support. Coaches don’t just teach technique ; they set the standard for the culture of the gym and KJ truly does that. OBK is set to go from strength to strength!

I love Dr/Coach CC ❤️❤️❤️ She breaks down every movement and makes sure to correct you so that you do not get hurt. I love her patience and how smooth the class runs. She makes me want to push myself each time! She’s a great Coach!

So good! I really enjoyed the workout but was thankful for the clear instruction on every part of the workout. Made it less intimidating and a lot more fun than I was anticipating.
Chinyere did amazing! Was supportive and motivating throughout the whole workout. Always making sure form was correct to prevent injury.
CeCe is such a great coach. I was a little nervous going to my first class, but I felt supported the whole time. I was able to do the workout at my level, which is so encouraging, and now I know that getting a great workout is something I'm still capable of. Fantastic! 🥰

Great coach! My favorite coach out of all of them . Takes time to demonstrate the WOD. Very encouraging . Women who are beginners in these type of workouts will want to have her as a coach esp in a group setting in my opinion.
