Love coming into class at Nerve Health & Fitness. The workout is already programmed when I arrive, so I can focus fully on the moves without having to think about what’s next. The coaches are great - they don’t just watch from the sidelines, they actively instruct, correcting form when needed to make sure I’m getting the most out of each exercise. They also encourage me throughout, which keeps my motivation up even when the workout gets tough. The energy in the room is motivating but not overwhelming, and having that combination of structure and support makes every session feel productive and rewarding.

My husband and I have not worked out in years. We are approaching 50 and became interested in a functional exercise program to equip us for the aging process. As people who haven’t worked out, we were nervous about starting. Cody was an incredible coach and teacher. He modified exercises and monitored and encouraged us during each phase of the workout. We left, and woke up the next morning feeling fabulous! Thanks Cody!

I appreciated Cody’s welcoming and warm nature. He made sure I knew where things were and how class was run. He was thorough in his explanation of the workout and gave modifications for anyone who needed it. I loved the message he shared and the reason for the workout (the Ultimate Hero WOD). The community was also very welcoming, and the space was clean and organized! I will definitely drop in again soon.

He looks out for everyone and meets people where they are. He is also big on form and will work with you on any micro-adjustments needed to reach the next level. Give this guy a raise. I thought the workout was great! I enjoyed doing moderately heavy weight for moderate reps and mixing in cardio that gave your upper body time to recover, but still was hard work and got the legs burning. Overall I really enjoyed it! And I thought

Excellent. 5star. Kim took time to clearly explain the lift technique today. She encouraged the class to be 1% better. Flemish painter Peter Paul Rubens was one of the most multitalented and important painters of his time. His skilfully made, colourful paintings became famous all over Europe. All the royal courts of Europe ordered work from him. His huge paintings often looked so real that people were overpowered or even shocked by them. Rubens made history paintings, landscapes, hunt paintings and portraits. He also designed sculptures, title pages for books and tapestries.

Coach Christina always does a good job pushing you just right to keep up a good pace, I know I give a lot of grimacing looks but that is involuntary I promise.
I love having Kim as my coach at the gym. She is very knowledgeable about CrossFit. She pays attention to detail...always pushing me to make small changes in order to be efficient and safe. I wouldn't do CrossFit unless I had coaches like to Kim! My goal is to get more fit, but never at the cost of getting hurt. Thanks Kim!!

Christina was great today! She is thorough and always explains proper form on lifts and reasons why we do things. For example, today she wanted us to try wrapping fingers over thumbs on pull ups. I get valuable insight from Christina on how to manage the work because she is also active in class and has much experience to share. I also enjoy that she is motivated to teach and seems to like interacting with our class.
Emily has the thankless job of coaching all of the Saturday morning classes, in my view, some of the hardest classes to coach of the week. It’s always a mix of members that haven’t see each other in a week and want to talk and catch up. She does a great job of balancing politeness while still realizing that there’s only a limited amount of time to warm up the movements and get the WOD rolling. She’s always upbeat and encouraging. Today was bar oriented with three different lifts, she properly emphasized proper technique over weight lifted, keeping the movements safe and effective for everyone. She’s a keeper that’s for sure!!
