4 months in and this has been the best thing i have ever done for myself! everyday, every new workout... melissa is ALWAYS so pure and motivating! she and kyle are so patient, always making sure our environment is safe, our techniques are proper, and ultimately making sure we understand how to do something before trying it ourselves :) i'd rather them critique me every single day on something they've taught us 100 times than to get hurt! so thankful for my MUV family!

What a great first class! Kendall was absolutely amazing- motivating and great with explaining and demonstrating. As a seasoned lifter but new to CrossFit I really appreciated her ability to help with the new movements I am not quite familiar with. Thanks Kendall! I’ll be back for more classes!
Amazing workout! Kyle was very motivating throughout the entire session - he constantly encouraged me to keep pushing. He paid close attention to my form during the workout and made sure I was doing the movements correctly.

The coaches at MUV CrossFit really pay close attention to how I’m moving and exactly where I’m struggling. For example, when I was having trouble with a certain lift - feeling unstable and unsure of my form - they didn’t just tell me to keep going. They stepped in right away, demonstrated a modified version of the lift that perfectly matched my current ability, and encouraged me to focus on proper form and controlled breathing. That hands-on guidance made me feel supported rather than discouraged, like they genuinely wanted me to succeed safely without pushing me past my limits. It’s that kind of personalized approach that pushes me to give my best every session, knowing I have the right tools and techniques to progress safely and effectively. The energy in the gym is always buzzing with focused intensity, but what really stands out is how the coaches’ practical adjustments transform each workout into something challenging yet achievable. This balance keeps me coming back, excited to improve and confident I’m moving forward without risking injury.

The workout was amazing and the Coach, Kyle, provided an in depth overview of the exercises and alternate exercises in the event there were limitations. The environment was super motivating, friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this box to anyone looking to get into CrossFit and/or fitness training.
Sarah is an amazing coach. Very inspiring and motivational non-judgmental, accommodating for "injured & cautious" athlete like me is very understanding with modifications that are needed. Her own training provides a great example of taking care of ourselves especially as women. Self-care 🫶🏾
Today, February 2, my coach was Joy Smee. She is extremely thorough! From the moment I arrived, she helped me check in smoothly and made sure I felt comfortable navigating the space at MUV CrossFit. Throughout the session, she carefully monitored my movements, watching my form closely and offering gentle corrections when needed. I appreciate the personal attention more than she knows. Since I’m still learning the equipment, the terminology, and even the names of muscles, it means a lot that she never makes me feel belittled or rushed. Instead, she meets me exactly where I’m at, patiently explaining each step and adapting the workout to my pace. I also appreciate that she speaks clearly and pauses to make sure everybody understands the instructions before we dive into the workout. That clarity helps me feel confident and ready rather than overwhelmed. Overall, working with Joy today was a wonderful experience that made me look forward to coming back and learning more.

Clean and well put together gym with everything organized and spotless - from the equipment to the workout areas. The layout makes it easy to move through different stations without feeling crowded. Definitely will be coming back for more training at MUV CrossFit because the sessions challenge me in the best way. The coaches have a great coaching style - they pay close attention to your form, offer clear guidance, and adjust exercises on the spot to fit your level. Their encouragement and precise feedback keep me motivated and confident throughout the workout. It’s the kind of place where you feel both pushed and supported, which makes every visit worthwhile.
Coach Kendall gave awesome instruction and personal micro corrections to help my form. Her positivity and encouragement resulted with me hitting a personal record. I leave the gym feeling great and hungry for more!

Today was first day in almost 6 yrs. Kyle was very welcoming & good intro to class . I felt very comfortable . Warm up , circuits & cool down very timely . Will continue .

This place feels like home and it has since the second I walked in. Kyle and Jenn are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met and they truly put their whole heart into this gym and you feel it the second you walk in. I am still new to the whole CrossFit scene but I have loved learning the movements and workouts!

She brings the same work ethic, discipline, and passion she had as an athlete into her coaching—and it truly shows. Sarah has an amazing ability to motivate and push you beyond what you think you’re capable of, all while making you feel supported and confident. She pays attention, cues well, and genuinely cares about helping each athlete improve, no matter their level. Every class she coaches leaves me feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of the effort I put in. If you’re lucky enough to be coached by Sarah, you’re in great hands—she’s doing an amazing job and is exactly the kind of coach you want leading the floor.
The positivity that Coach Wyatt brings first thing in the morning is always great! Love having coaches who are knowledgeable and pushes me towards my goals. I definitely feel more disciplined, all I have to do is make it through the door to set me up for a great day😊

Joy is an amazing coach! She is patient, encouraging, and smart! Shes able to give you appropriate and challenging modifications. I love how she explains the workout and movements- she gives detailed explanations for what should be going on in your body. And she also used to be a gymnast! So her form when she shows you how to do things is so strong and clean! She’s a great role model! I can’t say enough great things about Joy- I always love her classes!
I can’t thank Kyle and Jenn enough for their hospitality and the warmth I’ve experienced through the MUV CrossFit community. At a heart level, this place has helped me grow stronger emotionally, which has been a real challenge for me up to now. Beyond that, the physical workouts led by instructor Joy are something else. She carefully observed my movements, corrected my form with precise adjustments, and guided me to start properly - paying close attention to how much weight I should lift to build strength without risking injury. That focus on safety and technique made me feel confident and supported from the very first session. I am so encouraged by this experience that I’m committing my next year to MUV CrossFit and this wonderful community. God, I love you guys!

Went to my first class at MUV today and had a great time! It was an all around great class - the instructor was knowledgeable and super kind and the workout kicked my butt in the best way! Would definitely recommend giving it a try! :)
I love Kyles coaching. I need as many prompts, tips and tricks as possible and he’s good at seeing what needs to be corrected and guiding me to it! He has a good balance of pushing hard while not losing form.
