Such an awesome and motivating atmosphere at this gym! I felt welcomed and excited to start my first session with Coach Ty. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, and you can really feel his genuineness in the way he teaches and guides you. I also just had my first group class — absolutely loved it! I joined MO'FIT three months ago and I am very happy with my decision. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming. Everyone from the staff to fellow gym goers is genuinely friendly and community oriented, which makes showing up something I look forward to. I had never done cross training before joining MO'FIT, but that was no problem because the coaches patiently teach you variations of each movement. They demonstrate proper form clearly and offer modifications based on your ability, so there is literally no barrier to getting started or progressing at your own pace. All the coaches I have had the chance to meet and train with are incredibly knowledgeable; they pay close attention to everyone’s form during workouts, correcting and guiding to prevent injury and maximize effectiveness. They also help motivate you through the workouts by checking in, offering encouragement, and pushing you when you need it most. I would recommend MO'FIT for anyone from beginner to advanced who is results focused, because the combination of supportive community, expert coaching, and tailored training makes it a place where you can truly grow and see progress.

The best crossfit gym on the island! Ty (founder/owner) puts in a lot of effort into making sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable. The coaches are all amazing and friendly, and they really work hard to create a supportive community regardless of how heavy you can lift. They focus a lot on having correct forms and preventing injuries which is a must for crossfit. Everytime I come in it's such a great experience!

Ty did great! (As usual) It’s always nice to know he can modify movements for me to put less stress on my back as I recover from my injury. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family who want to improve their health and fitness.
I lately don’t know what to do for my first class. Uilani was so nice and kind to help me went through it.

As someone new to Crossfit, some of the movements were challenging at first, but having the class plan posted in advance really helped. Ty was professional and supportive, and I also appreciated the welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Thanks to Mo’fit team, I started to build both strength and confidence!

Coach Ty is always really good at explaining the technique required for the lifts we do in class and gives a lot of helpful tips. He also is very encouraging during the workouts and helps correct aas we go.

I've been a member at MoFit for several months now, and I can confidently say it's one of the best fitness environments I've ever been a part of. What sets it apart isn't just the equipment or the classes (which are excellent), but the genuine effort the staff puts into creating a welcoming, supportive space for everyone. The staff takes the time to learn your name, understand your goals, and when you don’t come to class Ty sends a friendly text to check in on your well being. I am grateful to Ty and staff for their commitment to building a strong community.
Jeffrey was pleasant but did not provide any actual coaching. He read everything off the monitor to the class but did not provide any extra information or advice. During the strength portion, there were several members who should have received more cues for safety or technical support. He did some normal “new coach” things like contradicting himself and not preparing us for the next movement properly. All of that is completely normal and expected. I was mostly worried about someone hurting themselves. I would say that I could have the same experience by doing an open gym by myself.
Ethan is encouraging and welcoming to people of all levels. The workout was a good balance of strength and cardio.
Tuff but fun class! Coach explained everything in detail and was our biggest cheerleader. Best gym in town!
The Open Gym session is great for me to warm up, do my rehab exercises and mobility. Often I’ll use this time get warmed up for the 4p class. The outdoor feel of the gym, especially in the cooler month of December is welcomed after spending the day indoors at work.

Hi Carlin it was a good class. I’m definitely out of shape and haven’t mastered cleans/jerks… thanks for the help and guidance with where I can start. Even though I only did the warm up and some of the moves it was definitely enough to feel all over today! I really want to come later today again, just deciding if my body needs a rest or not! (I think today’s wod might be easier technically for me). Thanks again!
I appreciate that Carlin made the effort to stop by and observe and critique form of each athlete even though the class was packed (he helped me with my jerk stance). He also made adjustments to stay on time. He also was very encouraging throughout the metcon rooting everyone on. He is always engaged as a coach and cares about his athlete’s performance and health.
Hard and fun workout this morning. Ashley’s ‘easy going’ approach allows you to settle from the get go but also pushes you to make sure you finish the workout. Highly recommend you give the HIIT class a go if you haven’t yet.
