Love how trainer Colston gives a clear breakdown of how each exercise should be done, explaining the proper form and technique step-by-step so it’s easy to follow. He takes the time to demonstrate movements and points out common mistakes, which really helps me understand how to do them safely and effectively. Also, I appreciate how he gives extra attention to new and struggling trainees at Mighty Warrior CrossFit / MW24 - he doesn’t just glance over but comes by to personally guide, adjust their posture, and offer encouragement. It makes the whole experience feel supportive without being overwhelming. Because of that focus, even when I’m having a tough day or feeling unsure, I leave feeling more confident and motivated to keep improving.
Coach Laura is great !!! She explains the purpose of the exercise and also stresses the importance of form! She is also very encouraging and she motivates the gym members.

Today was my first day of CrossFit ever, so I was a little intimidated initially. Laura made me feel very comfortable and helped me one on one with my form (nonchalantly) and explained workouts when I wasn’t familiar with the lingo. She made the atmosphere inviting and just had a great vibe in general. Appreciated having her my first day.

I always learn something new when Ryan is coaching. It could be an adjustment to my form, a new modification or another way to think about my efforts in the gym. Coach Ryan: The Man, The Myth, The Metcon If you’re looking for a CrossFit coach who simply programs workouts… keep looking. Coach Ryan isn’t just a coach — he’s a quantum anomaly in gym shorts. This man once programmed an EMOM so intense, it accidentally reset the Earth’s rotation by 0.03 degrees. Legend has it he split the atom using nothing but a kettlebell swing and a stern look. He once solved world peace during an AMRAP — only for the world to realize it wasn’t ready for that level of balance and return to regular programming. Coach Ryan doesn’t count reps. Reps count him. His WODs are legally classified as moderate to high-risk negotiations with the laws of physics. The last time someone no-repped him, they were immediately vaporized into a chalk cloud shaped like Rich Froning. During one heroic workout, he PR’d a deadlift so hard that a bald eagle screamed, the barbell sprouted wings, and flew itself back onto the rack out of sheer respect. When he’s not coaching, Ryan spends his time reverse-aging, mentoring Olympic gods, and casually rewriting the laws of biomechanics on a whiteboard with a dry erase marker and a protein shake. In conclusion, if Coach Ryan tells you to “just breathe through it,” understand that oxygen only obeys him because it wants to.

Ryan is focused on helping us achieve our goals and makes every session challenging. My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more push ups, pull ups, lift heavier weights and generally push myself harder throughout each session. He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. He is reliable and punctual and he is always set up and ready to start training on time with an exercise routine planned. I thoroughly enjoy working out under the guidance of coach Ryan.

everything is very nice about the gym convenient clean and simple the only things I wish they had that are missing are a legpress or hacksquat with plates a pec/ rear dealt fly and the lat pulldown/ row island at other commercial gyms but aside from that it is definitely solid

Alan was wonderful. I was really nervous and scared about my first time doing CrossFit but Alan was super nice and comforting! His instruction on how to do different exercises was clear and easy to follow. Even when I did it wrong he corrected me without making me feel dumb for doing it incorrectly.

All of the coaches are great at Mighty Warrior CrossFit! We moved to Michigan in May looking for a gym to call home. This place has been amazing. They welcomed my husband and I with open arms.

I had an awesome experience at this gym! I travel often for work and try to get into a local box whenever possible. Kaleb was super welcoming and the WOD was excellently programmed. The others in the class were friendly and a pleasure to train with. I'll definitely go back next time I'm in town!

Been doing Crossfit for a little over a year now and Kaleb is the most knowledgeable coach I've ever worked with. When I did my goal setting session with him, I addressed issues in my personal life outside of fitness and I could just tell by the expression on his face that he actually cared, he wasn't just trying to get a membership out of me. Kaleb is an excellent coach. Always does a great job at making sure we as a class understand all of the movements and workouts. Also very helpful with offering suggestions to ensure we are able to push ourselves and also make it through the workout via modifications and time hacks to aim for during workouts. Very motivating throughout class.
His wife was the coach today, she explained the type of movements very well. I definitely got a workout in and todays workout was important to my goal
I thought class was great! It was my first day back after being sick for a week and half, but crossfit is always do-able no matter how you need to scale it! Coach Kaleb is always welcoming and explains everything really well. He demonstrates the moves (and so do the other coaches) incase there is something you've never heard of or done before!

I can’t express enough how much I love this place! The coaches instruct every step of the way, help you focus on form, and give you as much modifications as you need. I have significantly upped my fitness level with joining MWCF and can see a difference in my ability and body composition.
