I've been a member at Method for over 14 years (wow!) and I still get excited to come to class. It's the best part of my day. The members are super supportive and the coaches are exceptional. I'm grateful for Method everyday!

I was visiting Colorado for Thanksgiving, and dropped in for a visit. The atmosphere was great and structure is spot on. Maggie did a great job coaching, she was thorough and efficient throughout the class.
You get out what you put in. I generally ache less in my 50s now than in my 40s. Great for active sports prep too. I wish I started this sooner. People are cool and supportive. I’ll keep going back.
Skinny guy in my 40s. At least I was before Method CrossFit ruined slim fit for me. The workouts push me differently every time, combining strength, endurance, and technique in ways that kept me engaged rather than bored.
The coaches have been patient teaching me not only the technique but also with respect to the language. I've felt better since I'm going to train crossfit with my physique even though sometimes I'm not very consistent because of my other occupations. The classes and the people are very enjoyable!
Method CrossFit's Masters Class is exactly what I was looking for! I cannot give Nathan and Coach T enough kudos for designing this class and for the opportunity for me to stay fit, gain strength, maintain balance, challenge myself, & pump up the cardio all while having fun and camaraderie with the wonderful folks at Method. Method CrossFit has such a positive and welcoming environment. The coaches are supportive, the workouts are challenging but fun, and the community keeps me motivated and consistent. Special shout out to Jared for keeping it real!! I’ve gotten stronger, healthier, and truly enjoy coming in every morning. Couldn’t ask for a better place to start my day!
I moved to the area a year ago and am so glad I found Method CrossFit. The community is so fun and supportive. I have some injuries and the coaches are great at scaling the workouts for me and helping me improve my technique to avoid future injuries. I highly recommend the Olympic lifting class to practice good barbell technique.
Had a great drop in session this afternoon at Method CrossFit. Website was super easy to schedule my drop-in. Great communication through Facebook messenger as I needed to move my reservation to a later class time. Jess coached a great class and was super motivating throughout class. Overall a great and easy experience.

The Method CrossFit Gym is a wonderful place!! I have enjoyed the workouts as a senior & injury/surgery recovery member!! The workouts are scaled for our group and I have consistently gotten stronger & more capable!! Nathan and “T” have been key to helping me believe I can do it!! The community is warm & wonderful!! Love this place & the people!! Thank you to my fellow Method Crossfit members as you are all an inspiration to me!!
So good at explaining the desired position in the exercises. Fun & encouragement. Great voice for leading a class.
T was great! She was very helpful by watching my form and helping me modify exercises around my physical ailments. Later she showed me particular helpful stretches, too.

T is solid as always. She wrangled a huge class, is lighthearted and fun while still maintaining order and boundaries. If someone doesn’t listen they do more push ups. Punishment fits the crime. 10/10.

As a guest, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience — the Method CrossFit community was incredibly welcoming, and the coaches were outstanding! The vibe was positive, supportive, and motivating. I’m so glad I chose to do this here, and I’ll definitely be back!
