Brady is always helpful, encouraging and fun to chat with. He is always there to say “hey let’s do this exercise differently,” or “nice job!!” Helping me improve each session I’m there. He always makes it a point to ask how I’m doing, how the workout is going and how my day was. Thank you, Brady!!

Michelle is wonderful she really understands my current limitations with my knees and back and modifies movement for me to both protect and strengthen the muscles that will improve them to increase my funtional mobility , strength and ROM. She also respects I have some knowledge about training already and discusses things with me at that level. Her smile and energy are lovely at 5am

Michelle was so helpful in my workout program. I’m new to this style of workout and typically go for yoga and barre classes—and Michelle helped me feel comfortable with every move.
