Sarah is an amazing person and CrossFit coach! Her constant smile and positivity create an uplifting atmosphere in every class. She truly believes in our potential and pushes us to achieve our best. Coach Nicki was brilliant as always. Very instructional, Very motivational, Great music selection and of course added banter to make the class & workout fun.

I always look forward to Sarah’s classes—her energy is infectious, which is exactly what I need at 6am! She gives clear, concise instructions and offers constant guidance throughout both the skill work and the workouts. I find her coaching incredibly encouraging, and it’s played a huge role in helping me improve. Since rejoining last year, I’ve learned so much, and for me, the coaches are a key part of what keeps me motivated and committed to CrossFit.

As always 10/10 session with Sarah! And the tunes was on point…
I absolutely loved it! As a beginner there was always going to be some nerves but Sarah is so supportive they soon faded. Sarah pays attention to each individual in the class focusing on technique, giving praise and lots encouragement whilst making the class really fun. I really enjoying Sarah’s classes although feel ruined at the end!
Sarah is so full of energy which is so infectious. That is what you need to get you through a workout first thing in the morning. She really helped me work on my deadlift technique, making sure I was on point! Thank you Sarah!
Sarah is super inclusive and welcoming coach who balances her style and tips to each individual in the class. I’ve definitely learnt when to “squeeze my bum” and when to not. In short, a “Love-leh” coach.
The thing I love about Elliot’s classes is he respects everyone, he gives great coaching advice and pushes you to do your best.
Elliot did a fantastic job at coaching today. The session today involved a lot of lunges, which I can’t do due to an injury, however, Elliot gave me a lot of support to flex the session to give me some alternatives that still worked the similar muscle groups but didn’t aggravate my injury. Thank you Elliot!!

I really enjoy George’s quirky energy and demeanour as he coaches. I think he deals with the rowdy 5 o’clock class very well with a jokey yet professional outlook and in general gauges the vibe in the room very well. Big thanks to George for his continued advice and support and for playing bloc party for me!

Sarah is an absolutely fantastic Coach; always warm and welcoming. Sarah has a really good awareness of each ‘athlete’s’ capabilities and always encourages them to strive to be better. Today’s session was no different; whereby both stations had movements that are my least favourite (echo bike, overhead squats!) Sarah was encouraging and pushed me to do my best, and this is always in a way that accommodates my ability. Thank you Coach Sarah!

George's classes are always fun, engaging and informative. Tonight's class was no different. Brilliant challenge great workout lots of laughs and sweat was pouring ticked all boxes.
As always an expert level of instruction from George pre WOD, followed by plenty of encouragement throughout the workout.
What I love about Sarah’s sessions, besides her ability to instruct the class concisely and clearly, is the quality of her coaching, her positive and engaging attitude, and the high level of energy she brings to each session. I truly admire her consistency in delivering this experience every time.

Sarah has a really positive energy, she gives clear instructions throughout the workout, she’s motivational and great fun. She’s also mindful of personal injuries and is really supportive by adapting workouts to complement your ability and recovery and always professional in her approach.
Sarah’s class this morning was excellent. Sarah is lively & energetic, which helps at 6am when you need a jump start! She communicated the plan clearly and well. But what I find really helpful is the individual coaching and direction she gave to me, which I need a lot of as a newby. Great class.

As always Sarah did amazing. Was a horiffic workout but her positivity and awful taste in happy hard-core christmas tunes helped us all through. Great feedback on the handstand pushups with what is and isn't considered a rep. Made them much harder for me to do. Class finished promptly which helped me run off to work. As usual an outstanding class by Sarah....except the tunes
Harry gave great advice and made slight tweaks to my lift which helped me hit a hang clean PB 105kg

Sarah is a great motivational coach She is super knowledgable and really enjoys pushing individuals to get the movements right and takes care of everyone in her class. She pushes you to lift heavier, get more reps and test your limits in a safe environment. She is always happy to offer extra help and leads the class with positive energy and a smile on her face. When you come to her classes you forget about your bad day and your in a zone to smash an awesome work out and learn new skills!

Elliot is a super coach, I am new to CrossFit with very little ability, however Elliot doesn’t make me feel incompetent, he’s super friendly and patient. I feel comfortable asking questions and he’s very motivating during the class!!! 5 stars and 10/10!!

I always considered CrossFit to be somewhat elitest, intimidating and packed full of bro culture. Boy was I wrong. I have never felt more at home in a gym setting. The coaches are so passionate about what they do and genuinely want to help you learn and improve. The members are so friendly and welcoming. No matter your fitness level, you are welcome. Exercises can be made as simple or complex as your abilities allow. So glad I joined!!
Today my coach was George and I really enjoyed the class as always. All coaches are very friendly and they are always very positive and happy to help. Thank you for your motivation guys because you are the best 😊
