Trevor was amazing. I’m visiting from out of town(sea level) and recovering from a serious eye surgery. This was my first CrossFit workout since early august. Trevor helped me scale appropriately and was super encouraging and technically great!
This was probably one of the best gym experiences I’ve ever had. Trevor is awesome! He helped me with proper form and technique and kept me encouraged and motivated through the entire session. He took the time to explain each workout and genuinely cared about each person’s individual abilities, never pushing anyone past their comfort level. The workouts absolutely kicked my ass — in the best possible way! I left excited, optimistic, smiling, even while walking home on limp noodles. The other guests were kind and welcoming, and I honestly can’t wait to book my next workout. Thank you!

With Emily as a coach, I feel she really focuses on proper form and movements in a way that stands out. Even when the class is large and busy, she takes the time to move around and connect with each participant individually. Emily is a highly educated coach and when she notices when someone’s form starts to break down, gently corrects posture, and offers clear explanations about why those adjustments help avoid injury and improve performance. It’s impressive how she balances educating the whole class while still giving personal attention. Working out with her pushes me to reach new PRs and keeps me coming back. The confidence and care she brings to coaching make the whole experience feel both challenging and supportive.

Trevor consistently rocks it! In addition to what I have shared before he also made sure to make personal connections such as asking how life is outside of the gym. He seems to genuinely care about all the athletes well being in and outside the box- as always he also noticeably assisted folks adjust as needed for safety reasons and appropriate scales- and he made sure everyone in the class had access to the workout by putting the WOD on both screens so it was more accessible to see. Trevor continues to be a rockstar coach

First time back in 13 months after an injury (Not CrossFit related!) and Trevor was great. Helped me ease back in. Love seeing all the levels of athletes and Trevor is terrific at making everyone feel safe and comfortable in their individual abilities. Just getting into CrossFit after powerlifting for so long. I was looking for more of a competitive community to push my limits. Definitely tough but Abi gave me pointers and motivated me to push harder. To help set a baseline for a strong front squat!
Melissa isn't an option here as a coach to review but I really enjoyed class today. She corrected form, was available, aware, encouraging, motivating, told me when to push hard and when I could be doing more. All the things I want in a coach! Thanks

Strong encouragement on the snatches particularly since I really wanted to bail and not do them. But I did them and he paid attention to my form and hyped me up after the first round which gave me the confidence to get after it on the subsequent rounds.

The class started with a great stretching session to enhance flexibility. We then ran 800m to warm up the muscles before the WOD. The day was packed with several movements to give the entire body a great workout!
Emily you are truly an outstanding trainer-you go the extra mile making sure that everyone understands the exercise, help people modify, and sincerely care about the participants. Emily puts safety first emphasizing proper form as well as enjoyment of working out! By far the best class!

Phenomenal experience. I travel for work and Fred came in early to allow me to complete a quarterfinal workout!! Going out of his way to help out an athlete he's never met is awesome and is what separates the great coaches from the rest of the pack!! Definitely coming back to this gym in the future!

Amazing gym and community. I came as a casual drop-in during open gym and was immediately greeted and welcomed by the people there. The space is clean and well kept with a clear display of respect for the equipment and floor space that is being shared by everyone present. I definitely see myself becoming a member here. Great vibes, great facilities, great music, brutal workout that I hopped in on with the people at open gym. 10/10
Trevor did a great job leading and coaching the Reps for Redemption open fundraiser. Because he genuinely cares, he is a great coach and an amazing personal trainer! His focus on detail and technique helped me be able to do wall walks and kipping pull-ups which is a big win for someone approaching 70.
Just getting back into CrossFit after 15 years! I was very nervous as this was my first class after some introductory sessions. Jessica was able to guide me and push me to a comfortable limit. Good. Intro. Clear warmup. No feedback on form or knowing if watching form.
Erik was very friendly and he gave me a good cue to release my hook grip when the clean is about to land. He was engaged and explained the wod and lifts very well.

On this memorial day, I had the rocking pleasure to do a "Murphy" alongside the tremendous athletes of the Mach983 gym. I have been to a few CrossFit gyms, and to me, the best quality of this gym is the spectrum of challenge available. Even for today's Murphy (1 mile run, 300 squats, 200 pushups, 100 pull ups, another mile run) there were 6 or more renditions of the workout, ranging from full murphy weighted vest to 'mini' quarter murphy with stationary bicycle instead of running. The atmosphere is enormously positive, safe, well-programmed, clean, and provides incredible support (high fives, you can do its, keep goings), permeating throughout the workout. I will be returning to this gym for high quality workouts and a community that believes in the best self.
I always have the best time at Mach983 CrossFit! The community is fantastic, the workouts are fun (but challenging!), and the coaches are so helpful and motivating! I’m new to the sport of CrossFit but I’ve learned and grown so much in the past few months with the help of coaches like Coach Fred. I can’t recommend this gym and this community enough!!
Lauren was great! It was my first time doing a cross fit class/workout and she was very considerate, helpful, and motivational during the entire class. She offered many tips, took time to personally instruct, as well as check in throughout the whole class. I’m looking forward to going back soon!

Coach Jackie is the sweetest, very attentive and kind! Makes me feel very confident doing the exercises and secure! I love to go to her classes!
Chandelle is the best! She is always very clear with her explanations of the work out, and concise with how she leads warm-ups so that they are effective for the days workout. She offers modifications as needed for gym members who are at different levels or are cautious from previous injuries, and is great about answering extra questions related to the workout or accessory work.
Always enjoy working out with Zeb. His knowledge of proper form and a quality warmup to get you ready for the workout is always top notch.

I really enjoy Zeb as my trainer. He is fun, friendly, personable and knowledgeable. As a newbie he is always ready to provide an accommodation when needed, but he also challenges me as well as the non-newbies. He is an energetic cheerleader and is quick to offer tips.

Zeb was awesome today. Knowing today's moments were a little complex, he budgeted class time to be able to slow down during technique breakdown as to teach everyone how to do it. Moving on to the WOD, he provided plenty of variants and scaling options. Zeb does a fantastic job teaching from the standpoint of someone who was also once a learner, and makes everything about his class fun, relatable, and challenging.
Everyone was very welcoming and supportive during the WOD. Coach was great and very motivational.

Zeb was awesome, he had great energy. This was my first time at CrossFit, he was able to modify the harder exercises so I could do them. He checked in with me frequently during class to make sure I was working to my capacity. I highly recommend him. My biggest fear has been injury and Zeb made sure I was doing the movements correctly to prevent injury.
Zeb was a wonderful coach. His knowledge is only surpassed by his compassion. He created a safe and effective environment which helped me perform at my best.

Chandelle always does an awesome job warming us up and explaining the workout. If I ever have a question about scaling a workout or prehab/rehab due to an injury, Chandelle consistently provides solutions and tips that I wouldn’t have thought of on my own. She’s a huge asset to the gym.
