Mason was super friendly and welcoming. He did a good job of explaining the workouts and helping me scale the workout for my current fitness level.
Dom was great, very hands on and actively participating coach. Very helpful in working with me on unfamiliar movements while encouraging me to finish my first CrossFit workout in years.
Greta always starts the class with a check in and this means so much. Every class I have attended with her she explains lifts and goes through step by step. We always are encouraged by Greta and other ladies who coach. My form and strength have definitely improved by doing MacFit. I look forward to my time at the gym.
This was my first time trying a CrossFit class and I loved it! The coach took the time to carefully explain each move, breaking down the steps so I could feel confident before starting. She stayed close by, watching my form and making sure I was set up for success when modifications were needed. I also felt like she was encouraging throughout, always ready with a kind word or a quick check-in just when I was ready to quit, which kept me going. The energy in the class was motivating but not overwhelming, and even as a complete newbie, I felt a real sense of community and support from everyone around me (:
Dom does such a great job of breaking down the technical parts of the lifts. He is knowledgeable and motivating in the workouts!
Meaghan is always willing to point out the little things that help you continue to get better. She genuinely cares about each person and is so encouraging, no matter what level you are at.
I really struggled today and Coach Megan helped me adjust mid-workout so I got the most out of my session.
Chad was excellent today! He gave great cues to help with toes to bar and back rack lunges. He also made me aware that I was, in fact, not dying and just needed to breathe more efficiently. :)

Meaghan does an excellent job leading class. She’s always well-prepared, knowing the workouts and coaching notes before we get started. She communicates clearly, breaking things down so the whole group understands the focus for the day. During class, she’s constantly moving around the room offering individual feedback, encouragement, and cues for the various skills. I really appreciate her coaching and the energy she brings each session. She truly is one of MacTown’s finest.
Meaghan gave me an excellent scalable workout for my first time back at the gym in a long time. Grateful for the individual attention and help in the midst of a group class.

We began on time, great direction and advice on the movements for the day. Easy modifications and scaling options. My goal today was literally just to get to the gym, since I have missed the last 3 weeks of the 4 weeks I paid for. Being sick and traveling for work took a toll on me this month. Meaghan is always kind and supportive. See yall again soon.
Meaghan was our coach this morning and was very encouraging throughout the work out. She had several modification suggestions for me with a recent knee issue and was very helpful. I love the support and positivity our gym provides.

Chad was very helpful today! He had me try a couple things to help my form. I was struggling with my knee positioning & he kept at it with me even when I wasn’t getting it right. He didn’t get frustrated, just kept encouraging. I really appreciate Chad’s patience & support!

Deadlifting days are always days that I'm nervous about putting myself in a position to hurt for the next few days. Chad noticed some form issues right away in my warm-ups and worked with me through the warm up and checked in a lot during the workout itself, making sure that I stayed in proper form and protected myself! If I had worked out by myself at a normal gym I would have skipped it entirely or walked hunched over the next few days. Chad's coaching made sure I not only did it properly, but I lifted more than I thought I would have been able to today!
Jaden is great at keeping a large class on task and making sure each member has what they need at their skill level to complete the workout!
Greta does an amazing job of noticing the movement patterns that I need help with and consistently picks thoughtful, meaningful cues to help me get better. I’m so grateful for her meaningful coaching!

Chad has a great personality and is an amazing coach he always believes in you and pushes you to do better. At the end of the workout you really feel like you accomplished something great.
I’m starting over after not coming to the gym for a while an Meaghan has coached both classes I go to. She is so helpful and patient with me relearning how to get back in the swing of things. I love how she cheers you on an keeps me motivated to do better.

The coaching today was great! Even though I could not partake in the main workout, I still felt engaged and fulfilled. It’s difficult to juggle all those people and pay attention to me, But I still felt engaged.
Meaghan is always a great and inspiring coach. Clear instructions and motivational through the whole workout.

Really enjoyed this class. The coaching was helpful with a clear focus on proper movement and form. The cues during the workout were spot on, especially when my form started to slip. Additionally the support and encouragement throughout the WOD made the experience even better and kept me motivated to keep moving.
Megan explained the workout in an easy to understand manner and was able to provide advice for acutely scaling the workout.

Sarah is awesome. She's very descriptive; she will teach what every workout is and what muscles that workout is using, she will find out what the individual needs to start with and what they need to work on. She's patient and a good listener, a great teacher and everybody's friend!
Greta was excellent during the warm ups and walking through Turkish getups steps. I love Mac-Lift on MWF. I have progressed soo much in lifts I have never done before, or just had bad form. In just a couple months Greta, Sara, and Meaghan have all helped me so much! its a great atmosphere where women lift each other, encourage each other and we push each other to get better.
Chad is always looking to help us perform better, always encourage’s to push for the best we can do and just is a great human! Love this gym experience.
For just starting out in a class with individuals with much more experience than myself he met me where I’m at and what I was capable of doing and still helped me push myself to do what I could. Great coach, great instructor!

Great coaching today. She explained the clean and jerk really well and worked on my technique. Coach Greta does a great job explaining lifts every single time and the smallest tweaks she does make a huge difference on my lift.
