I had a great experience at Legendary and Joey did an awesome job coaching. He had a lot of attention to detail and made sure I was moving to get the most out of each exercise. I’ve been to a lot of classes that are overcrowded and coaches allow poor form. It was refreshing to have someone who was willing to correct and explain the benefits of proper form. I learned a lot and had a great workout.

Legendary Strength creates incredible training sessions as always! Mark brings a highly diligent , detailed, and thoughtful approach to each session. The training culture of the entire gym and all Trainers is specifically customized to each client and absolutely delivers results beyond expectation.
