Great coach
Many people in our class were CRAZY sore after our Summer Gainz Competition, and Austin lead us through the best, most restorative warmup and mobility practice before the workout. My body felt so much better for the rest of the entire day! He is truly an expert, and I’m so grateful that he takes such great care of us.

I have been a member for only 2 weeks, but I have loved every workout. Great coaching, friendly and welcoming members, challenging programming. I was happily surprised on how at home I felt when I walked in day 1. Everyone is super nice and supportive. Its an amazing group of people. I cant wait to see my progress!

Christian is a great coach! I have a bummed knee at the moment and he is always asking how it’s doing and willing to make accommodations to the workouts so I can still get a good one in. His programming is top notch too 🙌🏻

As always. Two months in the commitment club is all it takes. Doesn’t matter the instructor. The programming is a great combination of conditioning, whole body strength and flexibility.

It’s always a great class with Austin no matter how terrible to work out. I am 10 weeks postop of a total hip replacement And the coaches are very helpful helping me to scale as Appropriate, feel part of the class and still get a tremendous workout!
I am currently dealing with an injury, and Christian has been great with modifying the workouts for me and giving good advice and mobility to do!

I was out of sorts this morning due to flying from Canada yesterday and living the hotel life but the class due to the Austin and the other class members was a perfect way to get the morning started on the right path, very well laid out class with easy instructions to follow and even if you forgot the next workout Austin was there to assist and with great tips. Christian is an awesome coach. Very friendly, encouraging, and motivating. Pushes you to push yourself, but corrects your form to prevent injury. He also gives alternative movements for whatever fitness level you’re at.

I appreciate the coaching that Nicole was able to offer on proper lifting technique. It’s important that I get technique down first, before starting to build weight. Looking forward to more of these sessions and building up weight. The 5:30 PM class is very quiet, but that’s to be expected with a new time slot added and fewer participants. Hoping to see more folks join this session, which will help with keeping tempo up during workout.

Austin Miller is the perfect balance of genuine expertise and disarming humor. He is a fun, accessible, but results-driven-expert coach, and I think he’s doing the tips & tricks videos for social media so well. He makes it easy to learn about something wise he mentioned in class that day.

What a great group of athletes & coaches. All were friendly & welcoming. Having been away from CF for a year I was nervous but Patrick scaled the workout for me to make it a great yet challenging workout! Will definitely be back!
I was welcomed not only by Patrick but also by all the other members joining the workout. Patrick asked the right questions to ensure I did excercises without hurting myself and focus on form to ensure progress. There was no hand holding which I liked, good instructions, do the work and intervene as needed to ensure good posture. The 1 hour flew by… so fast that I wanted to do more, and perfect for my schedule. Very welcoming

Tj was great! I just moved here and went to my first class. I need modifications at the moment and he was able to provide all the modifications I needed without making me feel like a burden. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and I’m sure I have found my new gym! Definitely recommend!

KSAC and Patrick always do amazing job of keeping me motivated. Even after being gone for a bit, they are welcoming and gracious with their time and coaching. Recommend for all levels of fitness.
Very good, warmed us up with stretches before we got into are first wod, back squats.. then who knew as drop in on little family vacation I would be doing Hero workout! None the less we chipped away and got the RX done and I was a sweaty mess, exactly what I was after to finish my CrossFit week out away from home! Clean gym, great location, good vibes as always! Now I know where to do drop in’s in KC… only thing I would do is install a Big Ass Fan (brand) we have 4 in our gym and they really get air moving! Had great time guys and thanks for having me!

This was my first CrossFit class in over 20 years (and I only did a few back then). Robbie was great in coaching me through it. All the people in the class were great. Good environment and mix of people at all levels of fitness. I’ll be back.

I had my first CrossFit class today and TJ was my instructor. The way he mentored me and took his time to teach me new workouts that I’ve never done before is very much appreciated. I’d recommend going to KC Athletic Club and I’ll definitely extend my stay with this gym!

Coach Patrick was amazing. I was dropping in from out of town and immediately felt like I was right at home. This is probably the nicest box I’ve been to in multiple states and multiple countries. I would definitely recommend it!

He was AWESOME I love his ability to see the small things that will help me with my lifting technique.
He was great! I’ve never taken a CrossFit class prior to today! He made me feel at home and comfortable - cheering me on throughout the workout and letting me know it’s okay to take breaks! He also made an adjustment in my deadlifts which really helped me for the workout itself and making it a bit easier on my body. 100% will be coming back!
Patrick is a total pro. He gave us a tour of the facility prior to class and made us feel welcome right away. The breakdown of what to expect for the workout and how to scale to your ability level was very helpful. Class was fun and definitely looking forward to coming back.
Patrick welcomed me at the door, showed me around, and ran a quality class. He gave me form corrections and offered many scaling movements for the workout. I couldn't ask for more out of a first time visit!

I love taking classes with Patrick because he explains and demonstrates the movements for the workouts well. He is great at building relationships and constantly involved in form correction and motivating everybody throughout the class.

The class was awesome and super fun to do with my kids. The only thing I might change is the volume. I think the music was a little loud even for me, but certainly for my older child. Very thankful for this
