120 out of 439 members asked left a review (27.3% participation rate) in the last 90 days. This is above the network average of 13.1% across 1,194 gyms.
Boutique gyms typically see higher average ratings than big-box gyms because members are personally asked by coaches they train with daily — not through anonymous post-visit emails. This personal connection means the feedback is more genuine and detailed, and members who love their gym are naturally more motivated to share that experience.
I purchase a 20 punch visit card. Works great for me!!
Best hour of my day, Koda has a great community, very well thought out programming and very clean and well ran facility. Coaching is top notch and very knowledgeable and well ran classes
Koda is pretty straightforward, check-in is simple. They do offer personalized plans, but no classes for seniors, however seniors can work in regular classes.
I love Koda because it’s eco-friendly and very clean. I can work out with health concerns there too, with modifications.
Stevie is the best! Great community with great programming
Koda’s been great, love working out here!
The staff at Koda does an incredible job of teaching.
Jared is a great coach the training was fun and he makes it enjoyable!
Brand new gym. Not an intimidating atmosphere for someone that is not experienced. I never feel like I’m being judged. However, if I’m doing a movement wrong I am corrected which is what I want.
Love the new space! Thanks for letting drop in and work out with you all!
Great gym and great workout!
Koda always has such a great community and support system!
Thanks for hosting a great event!
Best community ever!
Jared and the staff have been very kind and helpful during my transition to a new lifestyle. They tailor workouts to fit my abilities, making the process easier. I give it a 10/10.
Jessica did a great job leading the hybrid class. It was a great mix of weightlifting with conditioning mixed in.
I’ve heard great things about Koda from both current and former members, so I decided to check it out. I’m really impressed with how friendly and accommodating the coaches are, especially when relearning movements and trying new mechanics. I’ll definitely recommend it to coworkers who are hesitant to get back into serious workouts!
Thanks for the drop-in. Everyone was very welcoming. Love the new space.
I've always been hesitant about CrossFit gyms because many don’t focus enough on form, technique, or how everything works together—mobility, functional fitness, strength, and power. I really appreciate the intentionality of the coaches and the thoughtful structure of the workouts at Koda.
I love the gym atmosphere and all the trainers—they genuinely care about your well-being and health. It's a great group of people to work out with.
I absolutely love koda, all of the coaches are fantastic. I just finished a workout with Mindy and always appreciate her encouragement!
I always feel at home when I’m here. The gym should be a nonstressful place to go to and always feel so accomplished when I leave.
She is a solid instructor who takes her time with you.
Koda treats you like family 😉
Very welcoming, good coaching and programming. I like knowing what we’re working towards each cycle. Members are all very nice and supportive, everyone cheers everybody on, very encouraging.
Koda is an incredible community, excellent coaches, solid programming, truly a great place for anyone at all levels of fitness to find a place to reach their goals.
Great coaching and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is nice and approachable.
I always feel safe during my workouts at Koda. It’s a good spot to hit the gym and know you’re in safe hands.
I always love being at Koda. Great atmosphere and the coaches are great!
The only coach in the dropdown is brice, but the coach was jared. Jared's amazing! 100 out of 10. I have a ton of medical issues and my body hurts too much to do most things in the workouts without getting injured, and jared always proactively helps me figure out alternatives and doesn't judge me when I randomly have to give up to not get sick. : D I always feel welcome and accepted even though I'm rarely able to do what everyone else is doing.
Jared coached well, was informative and kept everyone motivated.
The coaches here are what made me stick with Koda over other gyms. Jared and Mindy and Jessica have all taken their time to do personal work with me and really make me feel a part of the team
It’s mind boggling how Jared and the coaches can still make time for individual development considering the class sizes. But Jared never skips a beat to ensure everyone is using proper form and technique! Koda always welcomes new athletes to CrossFit, and spends quality time with those looking to improve whether is lifting heavier or to keep functional! Hats off to Jared and Chad.
Nice short warm up then right into the workout . Great coaching as always .
What’s one positive change you’ve noticed since joining Koda? A healthy competitive environment with like minded people to push me outside of my comfort zone
What’s one positive change you’ve noticed since joining Koda? When I first started coming to Koda, I knew I needed to move more and prioritize my health. What I didn’t expect was how meaningful the community would become. That sense of connection has played a huge role in my consistency and motivation to keep showing up.
Bryan was very helpful and could tell that I was new to the class immediately. He helped walk me through some of the program I wasn't sure of, then let me fit in seamlessly. It was a great workout and a great vibe with the group Hyrox class. Will be back!
Coach Hamilton always does a great job. His classes start on time, are well managed and his coaching is "top shelf".
Jon is very well versed in the world of fitness. Had him in a few different classes at different times of the day and he always put a huge emphasis on warming up to make sure the movements and workouts feel smooth. He’s always ready and willing to answer questions, correct form, and give some tips if needed. Highly recommend taking his classes!
I've been coming to Coach Tiffany's classes since 2018. One of the best in the game.
Stevie did great. Gave us clear workout instructions, showed us scaling options and provided coaching and encouragement the whole way through. Always enjoy Stevie’s classes.
Brice is the best. He always makes class enjoyable by creating an energy that keeps you engaged from start to finish. His coaching is informative, he clearly explains each movement and the purpose behind it, which helps me understand how to improve. He’s also very attentive to safety, carefully watching form and offering adjustments to prevent injury without slowing down the pace. At the same time, he keeps the class competitive, encouraging everyone to push a little harder and reach new personal goals. I always look forward to the days he is coaching at Koda because his presence turns a regular workout into something motivating and rewarding.
Coach Jess leads, breaks it down, and encourages so you can do the best on your fitness journey.
What’s one positive change you’ve noticed since joining Koda? The people at Koda are so nice and welcoming. I was nervous before trying CrossFit, but they have great coaches who can adapt the workout to any fitness level. I look forward to my workouts there!
Chad has been very helpful since I started at Koda eight months ago. It was my first time at a CrossFit gym, and he guided me through all the new techniques and skills with patience and clear explanations. I’ve loved the challenge of learning movements like double-unders and kettlebell swings, and Chad made sure I felt confident and prepared for each workout, even when a skill was completely new to me. He would notice when my form was off and would step in to adjust my posture or suggest a lighter weight so I could build strength safely. Knowing I can always ask Chad for feedback gives me a lot of confidence to keep pushing myself and improving every session. The way he supports my progress has made the experience at Koda both rewarding and motivating.
Adam always makes class fun. He brings a great energy that keeps everyone engaged, whether we’re powering through tough lifts or working on gymnastics skills. What I really appreciate is his deep knowledge - he explains why we do certain movements, breaking down the mechanics so it makes sense, not just following a routine. When it comes to improving lifts or gymnastics, Adam offers expert tips tailored to each person. He notices small details in form and suggests better ways to move that actually make the exercises feel smoother and more effective. That combination of fun and expertise turns every class at Koda into a rewarding experience where I feel like I’m genuinely getting better.
Jessica does a great job is speaking clearly and loud enough that I can hear her (I’m old 😂) She is enthusiastic, positive and encouraging. She explains the movements throughly while modeling the movements.
Chad is a great coach. He’s really good at knowing exactly what you’re capable of and how to push you just enough to get better (even when you’d rather not 😅). He pays attention to everyone in class and always keeps things encouraging and positive…in his own way 😝
Coach was Jessica Dickson. She did a great warmup, was clear, on time, and lead a fantastic class!
Brice helped me a ton today by paying close attention to my form during squats and guiding me through specific hip mobility exercises that really targeted my tightness. He noticed where I was struggling and adjusted my stance and depth, which made the squats feel much lighter than usual. After the session, my hips felt noticeably better, which was a relief since I’ve been dealing with stiffness for a while. The way Brice personalized the workout made me feel supported without being overwhelmed. It’s clear that at Koda, the coaches genuinely care about how you’re moving and help you improve in a way that lasts. This kind of focused coaching makes all the difference in my progress.
