Coach Danya was awesome. She really took the time to notice my small knee issue and didn’t just brush it off. She carefully explained options for several different poses that would avoid strain while still giving me a solid workout. It felt like she was paying close attention to how my body was responding, adjusting the session in real time to keep me comfortable but challenged. That level of care made the whole experience at Koa Strength and Fitness very enjoyable, and I left feeling both supported and stronger.
Kelley always keeps us on our toes providing challenging but fun workouts.
Mary is an amazing coach,she makes sure I know how to do the movements and is willing to show me how to do them if I don't know what the movements are. She is a great coach!

Danya cheerfully greeted the class and asked where soreness most dwelt in the member's body. Danya always targets physical pains so she can alleviate the pain with special yoga techniques incorporated into her program for that session.
Coach Kelley motivates me to do more and work harder in order to make progress in my fitness journey. She’s knowledgeable, cheerful, and upbeat - just what I need at 6:15 AM when I’m still waking up and need that extra push. During each session at Koa Strength and Fitness, she pays close attention to my form, offering clear guidance and adjusting exercises to fit my level. Her positive energy makes early mornings feel less like a chore and more like a chance to challenge myself. Knowing she’s there, encouraging me to keep going even when I want to slow down, has helped me stay consistent and actually look forward to workouts. The combination of her expertise and enthusiasm creates an environment where I feel supported and capable of making real progress.

He did a great job! I have had some restrictions on lower body workouts so he adapted and focused on upper body only, it was inventive and not redundant and not boring! I would recommend him and the other people at this gym to anyone!
I usually go to the 10 o’clock class… But I really enjoyed the evening class today. Always a great workout! The instructors are great!
She was great she did all my measurements and we did a max to see where I am. It’s really nice to have someone show you the correct methods and set you up a program to work on your goals and weight.
Class was very enjoyable. A good flow, some new poses, good instructions and even where the areas should be working.

On Tuesdays a group of ladies meet at 6:00 am for the Open Gym Workout. Kelley is always available to coach us through the exercises we’re unfamiliar with. I love our mornings getting Stronger Together!
