Coach did great to help us improve form. I love how nice/welcoming everyone is and how knowledgeable the coaches are. Workout did feel a bit too easy though. We all finished 8 minutes before the end of class.
Coach Jules is awesome! He watches your lifts fixes the little things that actually matter and pushes you harder than you thought you could. He’s super nice about it, though so it never feels harsh and if you don’t want to listen. He’s cool with that too. Strong technique and smart coaching

Marci is a great coach. She works closely with each athlete, carefully observing every movement to identify gaps in form and performance. When she coaches, she doesn’t just give general advice - she points out specific adjustments, like correcting wrist position during lifts to prevent strain or reminding you to engage your core for stability during squats and presses. I remember one session where she notices the forms and explains in detail. my wrists were bending slightly during overhead presses; she demonstrates and helps in techniques .the proper alignment, and after adjusting, This attention helps me improve not just for the workout at hand but for long-term progress, making each session feel purposeful and focused. She consistently pushes to make the coaching a wonderful experience, creating an environment where you feel challenged yet supported, which makes even the toughest workouts feel achievable instead of overwhelming. At Imperial CrossFit, during the CrossFit Open and competitions, Marci is a tough judge. She holds everyone to high standards, carefully watching every rep to ensure each movement is accurate and precise, whether it’s a strict pull-up or a squat clean and jerk.This pushes people to perform better, refining their technique under pressure and raising the overall level of competition. She brings the best in every athlete, making the competition and workouts more rewarding.

It was good to get back to CrossFit after a couple of month’s absence. Good workout: made me work hard but not feel dangerous. I always enjoy Crystal’s coaching; she gives me good helpful feedback & is encouraging.
Josh is one our new coaches. He teaches well: keeps engaged; observes what we are doing and give advice on how to improve.
Coach Ploychanok did an excellent job today! She really helped me improve my mobility and corrected my posture during snatches. I truly appreciate how she always focuses on going after the correct technique — never rushing, always emphasizing proper form and movement. Her attention to detail has made a big difference in my progress.

Very thorough with his instruction of proper lifting form and mechanics. Calm, not rushed. After being out of CrossFit for five years and dealing with a shoulder injury, Jules constantly scaled the exercises and reps to match what I could physically perform.
Dang the Sang! Wall of death and other torture that followed! FML about dead from the warm up…had to sandbag the rest. Great class but Anna is better coach just sayin.

Ploy was great today! Her warm-up was spot on for the day’s movements, and the overall pacing of the class was great. She checked in with everyone about their weights and made sure we were using good technique. I really appreciate how she emphasizes smart movement and isn’t afraid to tweak the WOD when it makes more sense for safety and progress. Bonus points for great music as well!

As I continue to strive to be the best version of myself as a human, dad , husband etc but most importantly a CrossFit athlete. It wouldn’t be possible unless you have a community that is behind you and supportive of your goals and triumphs. Ploy has been an intricate part of my training by keeping me accountable , on task , and engaged in how I go about my training . Ploy along with the other coaches are the reason I keep coming back! I am very thankful for her and the rest of the ICF community !
Coach Jake is awesome! His coaching style has been extremely helpful for me. He’s encouraging, clear, and always keeps things positive. I really appreciate how he helps me with my form and makes sure I’m doing movements safely. Injuries are a big concern for me, and his attention to detail gives me the confidence to push myself without fear.

Morgan always commands a good class to stay on track with each section of class… moving from warm up to strength to a wod. Coaches through movements and keeps class moving and fun

Morgan is great as a person and coach. She’s very thorough on explaining and demonstrating the movements, walking us through the warm ups and workouts, and providing feedback to individuals in a group setting. She also has great suggestions for modifying movements when needed. I always look forward to class when she’s the coach!
