I really enjoyed my first class back from my long break. I look forward to getting back to where I was before the cancer. Starting with stick mobility makes sense. Coming back to performance will eventually get me back to a better routine.

Scott’s workouts are always challenging and strengthen, loosen and increase the bodies flexibility. There is always a variety of movements (exercises) with a few new ones added in. It feels great to get through the workout and my body feels much better and stronger. His classes are always worth attending!
Julie was the coach Monday. It’s the first time I’d had her coach this class, and she rocked it. Her pleasant, individualized “tips” for completing familiar exercises were insightful and appreciated. I highly recommend taking classes from Julie as well as from Scott & Cindy.
Scott is a knowledgeable coach who creates a supportive environment that pushes me to achieve my wellness goals. The classes approach and attention to technique made my first session feel both challenging and rewarding. I look forward to my next session!
Coach Scott always puts together WODs that are simple on paper, and challenging in practice. I appreciate that there is always a core component that doesn’t include crunches, and the variety seems to make time go a little faster.
Today was a nice pace for me, just getting back into it. I appreciate the reminders on form and technique. My body is really out of shape and practice. I felt like it was the right amount of attention; I didn’t feel “in the spotlight” the whole time. I’m excited to be back and get some smaller group attention.
Great coaching to adjust form and ensure not only was I getting a great workout but also protecting a tender spot that’s given me issues. Also coached another athlete through the class trying different weights/body weight and positioning to ensure they could be 100% for their day ahead.
He was encouraging and corrected my form to maximize my effort. He does a great job of ensuring we lift properly and also challenge ourselves with weights he knows we can handle.
Instruction was good and consistent which was helpful as my body worked and got tired. I need the reminders. My favorite was the weighted plank and finisher. The weighed plank surprised me in a good way building some confidence. The finisher was a good compound movement and different from exercises I've done in the past.
Another great workout with Coach Scott! I was battling a bad cold this week but made myself get up and go…and I’m always glad I did when I’m done.
Scott was very encouraging of the participants in class. He offered modifications for all levels when appropriate. Great workout!
As always, Scott was professional yet flexible. My knees aren’t what they used to be and Scott always has knee- friendly options. The class flew by.

Scott does a fantastic job with coaching, he puts a lot of emphasis into proper technique that way you are concentrating on all the right areas. The classes are very engaging and fulfilling and makes a habit of working out less of a chore.

Always love working out with Cindy! She coaches from start to finish, and has great pointers to make things easier and smoother for my body. A few rowing cues last week and today was the first time I rowed over 1000m without feeling like it was the hardest thing ever!
Today’s workout was great! Good combination of movements. And the holiday music was fire!
