Holy City CrossFit is a special part of my life. It keeps me strong and healthy through workouts that challenge my limits while building my endurance and flexibility. Just dropped into town today and reached out to get info on working out while we’re in town. Got a quick response that made it very easy to get through the process of signing up. Went to a class the same day and they made us feel right at home, even hit a PR on box jumps with the coaches help. Definitely would recommend this gym.
Coach Miles is always so motivating and so intentional! He pays close attention to how I’m doing throughout the class, helping me scale each movement just right so I’m challenged but never overwhelmed. He pushes me in the best way by encouraging me to go a little further than I thought I could, without ever making me feel rushed or unsafe. Despite the intensity, he somehow makes every class super fun with his positive energy. I always leave feeling both challenged and excited to come back, energized by the supportive atmosphere he creates.
I dropped in for a class today. Miles coached and did a great job! I loved his demeanor and he was very helpful with tips on technique. He was also very attentive during the warmup and EMOM and gave me helpful feedback throughout. The entire staff was very welcoming and friendly and they had great rapport with their regular members. Great experience!

Harrison was a great coach. A great mix of walking through the proper form while also pushing each person to work hard. One of the best fitness classes I’ve been to.
Class was super fun and really knowledgable. They have a huge space in middle of downtown Charleston. Super convenient location and friendly people.

Miles was great! The music was top notch and he even sang to us! What a gorgeous voice. His demonstrations were presented in a clear way and he even provided hands on adjustments and scaling options. Would take his class again!
After a 2yr hiatus from CrossFit, Miles knew just how to encourage me while keeping me at manageable level to avoid injury. It was still a killer workout even though my weights were lower.
Harrison is an awesome coach. Very detailed and helpful with making sure we all are correctly doing to the WOD correctly.
We showed up as a group of 8 and had a fantastic time. Miles did a great job with instructions, progressions and keeping the class fun. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Charleston.

Gym has such a good friendly relaxed vibe! Coaching was on point, from the warmup through the wod, and then recovery. Everything was intentional not just canned “let’s meet at the board…3.2.1go” Will 10000% be back!

Miles was very welcoming to my daughter and me today for our drop in class at Holy City CrossFit. He explained everything so we were comfortable and ready when the workout started. He also helped me improve upon my clean and jerk with a couple easy cues. It was a really fun class.
Holy city CrossFit is such an accepting and uplifting community. Every coach helps you dream/achieve your personal goals while teaching proper form. Highly recommend.
Latasha is a great CrossFit coach. I’m new to CrossFit , about 5 or 6 weeks in I’m unfamiliar with the terminology and most of the various exercises. Latasha has given me much attention during our workouts and is quick to straighten out my form or get me with the right weight. A lot of encouragement from her and my fellow crossfitters. Fist bumps to you all.
Really grateful for HCCF. The coaches are very knowledgeable and have been able to help me scale the work outs to be challenging, but still work for me. The community has been encouraging and supportive. Although this is only my 2nd month, I feel excited for what’s to come and I’m so happy with my decision to join HCCF!
