Spencer is amazing. He’s my favorite coach because he really motivates the whole class with his energy and humor. He’s always paying close attention to my form during every exercise, making sure I’m doing it right and safe. When he sees I’m ready, he challenges me by increasing the weight, pushing me just enough so I know I can handle it without feeling overwhelmed. That balance of support and challenge makes the workouts feel rewarding and keeps me coming back. The way Spencer connects with everyone in the class at High Mountain CrossFit creates a motivating atmosphere that makes even the toughest workouts feel doable and even fun.
Jess had great feedback for me. She helped me to remember to use proper form on deadlifts so I wouldn’t injure myself! Everyone was very welcoming!

It feels like she genuinely cares about each individual’s progress. Beyond that, she keeps the vibe super fun, which makes even the toughest workouts feel enjoyable. Coach Spencer is an outstanding coach! He always brings high energy to every class and creates a positive, motivating atmosphere. He pushes me to get the most out of each workout while still making sure I’m moving safely and correctly. I've grown more confident in my workouts. I really appreciate that he makes his rounds, checks in individually, and gives tips or encouragement when I need it. His great attitude and friendly personality make training both fun and challenging. I always leave class feeling accomplished. Five stars all the way!

I really enjoy Paul as a coach. He's always prepared for our class and is ready to make modifications if we need them due to an injury or issues we have with our bodies. He's got great energy and is always in a good mood! He is inquisitive about movements we may be doing differently and asks before he makes a correction. He's one of my favorite coaches there!

All of that is done in a positive ,pushing you to be your best self way. My favorite days are days she is there to encourage push and celebrate with me.

Tia is very encouraging. I always hesitate going to classes because I felt that I don’t know anything and I get intimated. But Tia made me feel comfortable and she explains everything very well that someone new like me can understand. She also demonstrated to me the proper way to do things.

Today the WOD felt scattered and unclear: I couldn't follow what we were supposed to be doing and when and how. Angie's energy was great though, and I always appreciate her support in all the WODs she coaches.

She watches each move carefully to make sure that her clients are getting the maximum benefit while mitigating any chance for injury. She also carefully reviews progress so that the workouts are not too easy nor to advanced for each client's abilities. She is positive and upbeat and gives great constructive criticism when needed, and cheers you on in every way.
