Jessica is amazing she pays attention to ensure I’m doing the correct movement in a safe and productive way. She asks for feedback on the complexity of the movement and adjust accordingly. All of that is done in a positive ,pushing you to be your best self way. My favorite days are days she is there to encourage push and celebrate with me.

Tia is very encouraging. I always hesitate going to classes because I felt that I don’t know anything and I get intimated. But Tia made me feel comfortable and she explains everything very well that someone new like me can understand. She also demonstrated to me the proper way to do things.

Class today was great! I love High Mountain CrossFit for so many reasons: workouts are already set up, great coaching & motivation. Just come to class and get the workout done! I have definitely seen a difference in my endurance and strength, and it’s very rewarding!

Thank you! Jess always has a bright and light energy while teaching class while remaining knowledgeable, and informative. Jess does a great job and not only explaining “what” we are doing but also “how” and most importantly the “why” behind warm ups stretches, movements and micro adjustments to increase mobility, and strength to refine and improve technique and performance- individualized per athlete, to the best ability based upon class size and need. Today the WOD felt scattered and unclear: I couldn't follow what we were supposed to be doing and when and how. Angie's energy was great though, and I always appreciate her support in all the WODs she coaches.

Jess is very knowledgeable and conscientious of how the body is supposed to function. Therefore the workouts she writes reflect this. She watches each move carefully to make sure that her clients are getting the maximum benefit while mitigating any chance for injury. She also carefully reviews progress so that the workouts are not too easy nor to advanced for each client's abilities. She is positive and upbeat and gives great constructive criticism when needed, and cheers you on in every way.
