This is the best place to work out!! The coaches are all friendly, smart, fun people with great attitudes, and they mix up the workouts everyday, so it never gets boring (or easy😅). Just love it!

Kathy creates targeted and intense workouts for the over 60 class, keeping in mind the injuries we have and how to accommodate them. Her knowledge of physical therapy is invaluable in this regard.

Every time I go to class, no matter the coach, I am amazed at the strength and conditioning that I have accomplished because of this gym! I return weekly because it is fun and my classmates are wonderful to be around. I am so happy with the Helix experience!

Kathy is an excellent coach. She offers encouragement and feedback with an healthy dose of warmth and enthusiasm. Her expertise is evident in her ability to adapt workouts on the fly and provide modifications to meet the client where they are at. She creates a safe and supportive environment in which everyone feels welcome and supports one another. Top notch, I highly recommend her.

Alisha is an excellent coach! She knows the proper way to do each exercise and she watches to make sure everyone is doing it correctly. You get to know her and the others in the class personally, and that motivates you to go to class. She is open to helping you with exercise concerns you may have, I.e, flexibility and providing suggestions of exercises you can do at home. She is one of the best! I highly recommend her to friends!
