Coach was fun and knowledgeable. Small class size is perfect. Equipment is always in great shape and clean. Clients are laid back regardless of their fitness level - I love that this place doesn’t have meat hour.
Taylor is attentive to each of us, correcting our form and demoing each exercise. She is upbeat and excited to see and help us. She really knows her stuff and is one of the best coaches I’ve had!
Rebecka is fantastic! I love her energy and enthusiasm. I love that she demonstrates the exercises for everyone beforehand and is good about correcting form.

Coaching on form and alternative positions to target the same muscle groups is great. Variety of exercises makes every class challenging mentally and physically.
Alyssa(could not see a coach to select above) was focused welcoming and gave meaningful feedback to me and each participant during our workout. She demonstrated many of the movements and also had a skilled participant ready to do excellent demonstration of other exercises. I love how upbeat she is and positive about what we are doing each time I workout in her classes.
Kat is amazing. She pays close attention to form, ensuring a workout that both feels right for my particular physical limitations, while empowering me by acknowledging and pointing out my strengths, many of which I did not know I had.
Helix is exactly what I need on my higher intensity days (and there are folks who are transitioning from rehab back into strength training too). Efficient workout, just the right amount of coaching, encouraging yet low pressure environment (from coach and other members) and music that’s not too loud. Today was my first workout with Rebecka and she was lovely. Can we be friends? ;-)

This is the best place to work out!! The coaches are all friendly, smart, fun people with great attitudes, and they mix up the workouts everyday, so it never gets boring (or easy😅). Just love it!
Kathy creates targeted and intense workouts for the over 60 class, keeping in mind the injuries we have and how to accommodate them. Her knowledge of physical therapy is invaluable in this regard.
Every time I go to class, no matter the coach, I am amazed at the strength and conditioning that I have accomplished because of this gym! I return weekly because it is fun and my classmates are wonderful to be around. I am so happy with the Helix experience!
