Carolyn is a true professional and outstanding ding coach! I am three weeks post op from surgery and she took the time to ensure that I was comfortable and capable of all movements. She offers scaling options that help all athletes work towards the Rx movement . She runs a tight ship which I truly appreciate! Athletes are held to a high standard … on time, WOD fully explained, various scaling options shared, questions answered, purposeful warm up, circulates room to offer individual feedback … all with a smile and a push to get it done! Sean is very careful to warm up the muscles we will be using and then to make sure he reviews form so we are co didn’t in the moves and don’t get hurt. Moreover, he explains the challenge and encourages us to work toward the goal. Great class!

I always enjoy Coach Matt’s classes! His attention to detail really stands out — he’s constantly checking in with members, especially if someone has an injury(ME😂), and makes sure to follow up throughout the class. He’s very thorough with his cues and always encouraging. You can tell he genuinely cares about everyone’s progress.
Melissa was patient to explain what we were doing and explained it in a way that was kind of fun. She’s very engaging and energetic!
Sean was clean, well dressed, and sufficiently prepared. He assisted me when I was struggling, and despite his position above me he did not exhibit any off-putting odors. 5 stars

Carolyn paid close attention to my knee ups correcting my form when needed but also pointing out when my positioning was was correct. She listened to me describe my struggle points and helped me find the correct way to work through them!
I enjoyed today's class. It was not too difficult but I probably should have made different choices. I was done too early and just had to repeat rounds.
Coach Casey did an excellent job leading us through tonight's workout. She was very attentive to each of us before during and after we were done. Very simple, yet thorough in her explanations and demonstrations. It was a great class!

Sean always brings lots of enthusiasm and pizazz to the 6:00 class! He watched for correct form and appropriate weight choices while also suggesting small tweaks here and there. I lived to write this review so definitely two thumbs up!! ;)

Those hip openers in the warmup felt awesome. I have crazy tight hips and am always looking for ways to make that area more happy. My tight hips sometimes cause me knee or lower back pain and it’s a constant struggle. Thanks for something else to put in my stretching repertoire.

The first attending a gym and participating in a guided workout I was apprehensive. However, the environment was relaxed and energized. Matt was very welcoming and I think I needed that most. Nonetheless, he was awesome to put it lightly!! I’d admit I was a little scattered but he was able to keep me on track and made sure I got the best workout this morning. He’s a gem for sure.

Sean as usual did a great job, kept it light and fun but pushed the group when he needed to. Gave personal direction to each person as he watched their form and reps. Loved the workout…was definitely unique and it hurts but in a great way.

Matt has a wealth of knowledge about about exercise and fitness. He shares it willingly and always provides a fun and motivated atmosphere for working out. Matt loves coaching and his enthusiasm is second to none.
I love taking Sean’s classes. It’s not always easy shocking my body awake at 5:30am class, but I always feel warmed up for when the workouts start. He also often gives me tips to improve my form so I can do my best during the workouts. And his energy during the workouts is the best; he really is the “hype man” and keeps us going with lots of encouragement when the going gets tough! Thanks, Coach Sean!!
Great gym, great environment. Everyone is so encouraging and Angie coached all skill levels through a tough workout today with lots of modification options.
Sean was great. He spent time with each athlete to understand their goals for the workout and then worked on their form. With me in particular, he narrowed my stance and continued to cue me to drive my knees out throughout the lifts.
Since being away from the gym for the last two weeks, Angie was very helpful and supportive during my workout this morning!

Mr Matt was awesome. Very informative and patient. Broke the moves down before going into the session. Very encouraging. I shared i had a shoulder issue and he checked on me after eat set to make sure I wasn't in any pain. Will definitely go back

Have been a few times for a drop in class while we’re here on vacation. Everyone is super friendly. Workouts are great and instructors help everyone to modify. I’ve taken classes with Angie and Kara and the are both great coaches. Highly recommend!
