Allie is a fantastic coach and always takes time to explain everything and make sure everyone has proper form. It is also great to work out with the same people and form friendships

Class tonight was great! Kylie always gives clear instructions and reminds us to focus on form. She's very motivating and I enjoy going to her classes. Two thumbs up, 5 stars, highly recommend!

I really liked the exercises in each round. Stacy explains each one in detail and assists/corrects if needed. She also provides positive feedback for great form or flexibility.

Allie is the Best! She is kind and supportive but still keeps us on tract and accountable. She meets us at our level of fitness and even how we feel emotionally about our fitness and encourages yet still pushes us when she knows we have it in us to do better and go further. I have been working with her for over a year and she's seen me through 3 major surgeries and has helped me to recover and keep going. Thank you Allie for EVERYTHING!
