Percy did awesome as he always do. He takes the time to teach the proper way of doing the exercise and understand what part of the body it impacts. Stay motivating.

It was great! Percy has a unique way of getting the results for each individual even when the exercises are challenging!! That’s what make it worth coming back cause it’s never a dull or same moves !! Staying consistent and keep coming !!

I personally enjoyed the cardio core class. Some of the activities we performed were running, sit ups, side planks etc. Always motivated! I've been apart of this gym going on 5 years and I'm still learning, but the environment is still as positive and uplifting as it was when I first started. Thanks Percy

This was a mean little workout, but it allowed for everyone to work at their pace while still hitting all the exercises.

I attended the LBDE #2 exclusive event. Leah with mixed fit conducted the class. She was Awesome! The dance moves incorporated core, toning and cardio movements. It was high energy, great dance moves and fun!

Really enjoyed the Mix Fit class. It was both fun and a great workout. Instructor was very good and motivating!

I love when coach Embry leads workouts. He is extremely hands on and pushes us to make us better but balances that with motivation and correction.

Dariel did a great job today. He explained the exercises thoroughly. He was engaged the entire class making corrections to individual who where doing incorrect or needed help. Music was good. I would ask that Tuesday and Thursday class be 45 minutes (not including warmup) we have longer time in the evenings.

In the year that I've been a member of H2T Fitness, I have never had the same workout. Every session is tailored to build off of the last which keeps us moving forward in our fitness journey. Coach Percy takes the time to get to know not only our fitness goals and needs but also our individual personalities. He knows exactly what to say during the workout to ignite you mentally to push harder. Eventhough I have met my physical and health goals, I can not imagine missing a daily workout with my H2T Fitness Family.
