Percy was very welcoming this morning! I came to class prepared for it to be challenging and it was! Everyone was full of energy. I was able to work total body while Percy guided me, ensuring each movement was done properly. I’m glad to have found a training facility that is 13 minutes from home and I’m excited to begin seeing the physical improvements.
Coach Eric is the kind of trainer who makes the gym feel less intimidating and more empowering. He’s encouraging, professional, and genuinely invested in his clients’ progress. He knows when to push and when to support, and that balance makes all the difference. I always leave feeling stronger—physically and mentally.

Christian (option was not available on the drop down menu) did a great job coaching today! It was challenging but felt good to work hard and get a good sweat in after all the winter storm interruptions to my regular workout routine.
OMG. First of all, I did my first workout today at Head2Toe Fitness Studio, and the ladies were so welcoming and friendly - it felt like I was joining a close-knit team right away. The workout itself was intense, full of challenging moves that pushed my limits, but Dariel and the ladies kept encouraging me every step of the way. They noticed when my form started to waver and stepped in with advice and motivation, giving me the exact kick in the A$$ that I needed to keep going. Y’all, midway through, I was literally throwing up from the effort - that’s how hard they pushed me! What really stood out is the culture here; everyone genuinely wants to see you winning and celebrates your progress. It’s a vibe where you feel supported but also driven to be your best. I’m already looking forward to coming back because this place doesn’t just offer a workout - it offers a community that lifts you up.

Today was my 1st day and I must say that Coach E did a great job of showing me the workout, motivating me, and making me feel welcomed.Though those burpees and MC took me out 🫣🫣 I look forward in continuing this journey focusing on my “Fresh Start”
Since joining Head2Toe Fitness Studio, I’ve noticed my overall energy levels have improved significantly. The trainer provides thorough instructions that break down each movement clearly, so I always feel confident knowing exactly what to do. During workouts, they take the time to explain proper form and breathing, which helps me avoid injury and get the most out of every exercise. This attention to detail makes the sessions feel manageable even when the workouts are tough. I leave feeling energized and capable, not drained or overwhelmed. It’s encouraging to see progress and feel stronger each week, and the clear guidance from the trainer plays a big part in that.
Class was great, after coming back from a 3-4 week hiatus I was concerned with having lost my previous gains. My deadlift was pretty solid…255lbs. Max not too bad at all! I’m actually motivated and proud of myself! Also, the new technique Coach Embry shared was intentional and very helpful! Looking forward to my next lift!
Percy has a great thing going at Head2Toe! From his thorough instructions on proper lift techniques, to the amazing people in the class! When he says it's a community, IT IS!!!

Today's workout sessions were exceptional. All three classes, Dariel's rigorous coaching was highly appreciated. The encouragement to persevere, even when challenged, served as a significant motivator, reinforcing my mental strength. My physical and mental state experienced after each class, both today and yesterday, was amazing. Since joining the gym, there has been a significant improvement in overall well-being, encompassing mental clarity, physical condition, and emotional balance. This has facilitated enhanced focus and the successful attainment of personal objectives. The collaborative and supportive atmosphere within the gym, particularly the sense of community at Head2Toe, is highly valued. Head2Toe has really changed my life!🙏🏾🙌🏾🫶🏾💜
StrongHer has been good. The additional day that was added has been good, but I would like to see more workouts focused on my lower half. Leg/glute day workouts are a must. I'm seeking more variety. It would be nice to remix the workouts.
Today's workout was very robust, challenging, and fun. It was one of the best full body workouts I've ever done. After class, I felt very energized and ready to take on the rest of my day. What stood out was how Coach Dariel notices each client's strengths and weaknesses, which makes for an effective workout. He also is very encouraging and knows how to build your self-confidence! This kind of personalized attention makes Head2Toe Fitness Studio such a great place to train and get stronger!
Coach Percy was great and challenging as always lol. Today was a great full body workout. A great way to start the day.

The Core conditioning class today was awesome with both cardio and core exercises at the different stations. I love the amount of time focused on each station then you move to the next. Go Ms. Dahlia 🔥💯👍

He always pushes me to try my best and corrects my form shows me how to do it correctly so I don't hurt myself. Its great! I love to see him then I don't because I be tired after work..I stand firm do it correctly when I see him .I know he will be watching me because I should know already. Hes a great asset to the team love having him..hes shows me great stretching moves for my legs and arms ..sometimes he's annoying because im tired but that's his job is to push me and hes does! Im glad.
My class is great as always. But it's not just the class, it's the sense of family I feel here. You're pushed, but not to the point of wanting to quit. It's constant encouragement as they understand it's not a one-size-fits-all group. I was out for 2 weeks due to illness, and Percy and Daniel reach out checking on me. I couldn't wait to get back.

Great class..when he sees me struggling he always comes up with an alternative exercise to keep me moving and motivated..walks around to make sure everyone is working and doing the exercises properly..great motivator
I get my butt kicked but it’s always a good workout. Im always pushed past what I think is my best and I’m encouraged to keep showing up for myself. I love the environment and the energy in the gym.
Coach Percy you did an amazing job today 8-20-2025 . I promised myself after my birthday I was returning back to the gym. The exercises were great. I sweated that means it’s working. No sweat then I would suggest to increase the HITT work out.

Today was my first day of group fitness, and overall it was a great experience! I was definitely tired by the end, but in a good way. Christian was excellent very motivating, patient, and encouraging throughout the workout. I felt supported the entire time, which made it easier to push through. Looking forward to coming back!
Fun workout. Difficulty was good in that it was doable but you still felt some burn haha. Suggestions to get through it correctly were helpful as well.
Percy rocks! Great at what he does and I love the way he pushes me beyond my belief, it’s something about him standing by me with that phone out that turns up my energy! Cause I CAN NOT be struggling on camera LOL
He did extremely well by modeling the exercise circuits and correcting us.
Dalila is very professional, very patient with people who need an alternate exercises. Overall, an amazing trainer/coach who leads front and sets the example for all to follow.
Percy is a phenomenal coach who truly cares about your fitness goals. He motivates us and encourages us to push through. I enjoy the gym and the atmosphere he has created around the importance of positive growth!

Class was great! I attended the strong her and cardio core class. In the strongher class we did complexes. We did a combination of strengthening arms, chest, legs while engaging my core. And the cardio core was high energy alt v set ups, planks, side shuffle w/ burpees etc., while engaging the core as welI. I felt very accomplished and burned lots of calories!
Percy was attentive and ready to start the day! The one rep max and workout were clearly displayed and he made sure we had weights and space to work.

NMAM is always hard coming back after the weekend and even harder if it's the holidays. Coach P is encouraging when reminding us of our "why." I see and feel the results. Today's session encompassed a time & trial workout mix that engaged the entire body. Next up, Cardio, Core, Conditioning Tuesday! LEGGO

I love when coach Embry leads workouts. He is extremely hands on and pushes us to make us better but balances that with motivation and correction.
Dariel did a great job today. He explained the exercises thoroughly. He was engaged the entire class making corrections to individual who where doing incorrect or needed help. Music was good. I would ask that Tuesday and Thursday class be 45 minutes (not including warmup) we have longer time in the evenings.
