I am a beginner and middle aged. All coaches are very knowledgeable. Instructions are highly efficient. No egos and welcoming that fosters a great learning environment. Every visit is building on the last sessions and systematic. 6 weeks in and feel confident that this is the school for me.
Good job explaining the concept and technique. During the live portion, he made positive comments and provided useful in the moment strategic feedback to all participants.
Coach Drake takes adequate time to clearly instruct each technique while ensuring there is plenty of live roll opportunities. Additionally, he monitors class for dangerous situations to avoid potential injuries to his students.
Coach Baize is a great coach! I feel that what he teaches, I can easily apply when actually rolling.
Josh is a very personable trainer. It was my first time, but I could tell how informative and supportive he is from watching him teach other students and helping me. Can’t wait to learn more!
