Rachel did a great job making me feel welcome. Class started on time and the movements were demonstrated for the workout. During the workout Rachel was coaching and encouraging the entire time. Exactly the workout i was looking for. Gym was very clean and organized.

This was an excellent session with challenges and satisfying results. I like the way Meghan balances encouragement, affirmation, and challenge! I received correction and instruction on best technique with demonstration and explanations that were easily understood. Meghan is an excellent coach and I would recommend her to any person regardless of fitness level!

In town for a softball tournament and we signed up for a drop in class! We ended up coming back to do our own workout, but everyone was so friendly and the gym was SUPER nice! We will def come back when we are in town!!!

Jonathan makes class fun by asking get to know you questions like "what's your favorite breakfast food" while also making sure we are getting the most out of our workouts. He pushes me to meet my physical strength goals but at the same time prioritizes whole body health. Jonathan is a great coach and I'm thankful he is a part of fullsteam(:

Went to CrossFit for the first time. It was a simple but challenging workout. Really enjoyed the group work and rotations. Got the rest I needed but still was able to feel like I was pushing myself. I ended up coming back on a visit 2 days later because I enjoyed the workout so much.

Meghan is a great coach, she always checks in with participants and assesses and injuries or issues and offers helpful modifications. She demonstrates the movements and pushes us to work hard but puts safety and good form first. She helped me with my deadlift form today and out people in logical pairings for the workout.

Jonathan is an awesome coach. He’s intentional about customizing the workout to each person’s unique needs, and has a good eye for when technique begins to slip. Class was awesome. We worked on handstand pushups and rope climbing. Kelsey gave bough information on techniques for both movements and provided scaling options for each (which I had to do for strict HSPU). The class ran really smoothly and it was a good refresher for some movements I haven’t done in a while.

Jonathan Prieto is such a great coach! He really takes his time to explain workout movements step by step. Even if you still struggle, he’ll be right there to give you the time you need to succeed. Meghan did a great job leading us through warm ups and teaching us the technique needed to do clusters properly. I appreciate her taking the time to build the entire motion from the beginning movements all the way through the complete lift. She was attentive to the class while we performed the lifts and kept me safe by advising me to pull the barbell from the knee position today. It was a top tier coaching experience!

I enjoyed her instruction on better clean form and her explanation of how your mind/body should "feel" throughout the execution of the lift (i.e. jumping toward the ceiling). These are good, easily understandable mental cues that help me lift better/safer.
