Great attitude and willing to help anyone improve. The coach consistently notices when someone’s form is off during individual exercises and takes the time to guide proper technique, which has really improved how I perform each movement. They don’t just correct you once and move on - they keep checking in throughout the class to make sure you’re maintaining good form. Plus, there’s a real sense of energy in the room at Full Steam CrossFit because they make an effort to keep everyone motivated, calling out encouragement and celebrating small wins as the workout progresses. It feels like being part of a team where everyone pushes each other to do better, and that attitude makes a big difference in how much I look forward to every session.

What was the highlight of today's workout? Doing front squats. The coach took the time to watch my form closely and gave clear pointers on how to keep my chest up and knees tracking properly, which made a big difference in how stable I felt. The weight felt challenging but manageable, and finishing those sets gave me a real sense of accomplishment. I could feel my legs working hard, and by the end, I noticed my posture felt stronger and more balanced. Jon is a guy that is super thorough. He helps out with so much in technique and helps with understanding how to perform Olympic moves correctly. Meghan did a great job leading us through warm ups and teaching us the technique needed to do clusters properly. I appreciate her taking the time to build the entire motion from the beginning movements all the way through the complete lift. She was attentive to the class while we performed the lifts and kept me safe by advising me to pull the barbell from the knee position today. It was a top tier coaching experience!
