I feel so refreshed after taking Carrie’s mat Pilates class today. She is an excellent coach! May I share a thought? With the Holidays and craziness it brings —additional mindfulness or self awareness classes may be beneficial to calm us and keep us centered. Just a thought…..
Mike is an attentive coach who clearly understands each participant’s personal physical issues and thoughtfully works to accommodate them during various exercises. He consistently demonstrates how to perform movements when needed, breaking down the steps and showing proper form. While I don’t require a lot of help, there are moments when I’m left to assume I’m doing things right, but I appreciate that Mike is always nearby, ready to step in if necessary. Every session with him at Full Circle Fitness leaves me feeling that I’ve had a great workout - one that challenges my limits without feeling overwhelming. The way he adjusts exercises based on individual needs creates a supportive yet motivating atmosphere that makes each visit worthwhile.

Rosa is a great Pilates instructor. She pushes you just enough based on your abilities, never too hard but always challenging in the right way. She has a great eye for even the smallest body movements and form corrections. During class at Full Circle Fitness, she carefully watches each participant, gently adjusting posture or alignment to help you engage the right muscles. This attention really helps everyone get the most out of each class, making the exercises feel more effective and purposeful. I always leave feeling like I’ve done a focused, full-body workout that improves both strength and flexibility.
Working with Rickye has been an absolute delight. She brings incredible energy, kindness, and patience to every session. She doesn’t just explain the exercises—she physically demonstrates each movement with clarity and enthusiasm, making everything easy to understand. What impresses me most is her sharp, eagle-eyed attention to detail. She watches your form closely, just like a protective and caring coach, and offers gentle, effective corrections to keep you safe and help you improve. Her guidance is always encouraging, never intimidating. Beyond her expertise, Rickye is simply fun to be around. Her positive spirit and upbeat personality make every workout something to look forward to. I feel supported, motivated, and genuinely cared for in her sessions. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Mike is a great coach! He gives good tips on form that really help us to understand how to move safely and effectively. He notices if our posture is off or if someone is struggling with a certain exercise and takes the time to explain how to adjust to avoid injury. I really enjoy the lighthearted banter in class too. It reminds me not to take myself so seriously. This has been a big part of my ability to stick with it, especially since this is the first time I have ever joined a gym or done any formal exercise. I feel stronger and more stable in my own body now - everyday movements feel easier and I have more confidence in my balance and strength. The supportive atmosphere at Full Circle Fitness and the personalized attention I get here have made a huge difference in my fitness journey.

Always mindful of my limitations or where I’m having difficulty, and provides quick adjustment when needed. For example, when I struggled with a particular movement or felt any discomfort, the coach immediately noticed and modified the exercise to better suit my current ability. How are you feeling after class? I’m feel great! I love teaching that ‘sweat point’ in class. Mike- today I appreciated you coaching on the ladder. I don’t like the ladder normally. But today you were actively encouraging a couple of classmates that were really excelling at the ladder and reaching their personal best. I appreciated your encouragement of my efforts to step it up!
Felt good starting to work out, even though I was a little intimidated at first not knowing anything. Mike gave very helpful instructions and feedback throughout the session - he explained each exercise step-by-step and checked my form. I’ll still need help remembering what to do next time. The ladies at the gym were all very friendly, helpful and encouraging . Looking forward to Friday!

My motivation centers around strength, and so I try to center all workouts to supporting that goal. Mike has recognized that in me and pushes me to reaching my potential. My shortcoming is confidence, and I appreciate his acknowledgement and encouragement. End result is that I feel supported, more confident, and stronger.
Pushed me to increase the amount of weight I was lifting in the chest press and Kaiser. It felt good to keep challenging myself to get stronger.

Mike was great, we were a bit intimidated and a little lost at the beginning but he was able to get us going and made us quickly feel at ease. We very much enjoyed our first season with him.

Each time I have a class with Karrie, I know that she is going to challenge me, listen to me and do it all with humor and kindness. She has taught me to be more in touch with my body and my breathing.
She gave me instructions on what to do regarding my injury at work. She offered to do other exercises to help me, but I felt it was better to rest. She is always looking out for me. Love the way explains what she trying to have us accomplish during our sessions

Kathy’s demonstration of each exercise and identification of muscle groups to be engaged is helpful and appreciated. She watches each Small Group participant attentively offering corrections and encouragement as indicated. A SGT experience with Kathy always makes me smile and appreciate having worked out. 💪🏼🏋🏻♀️
I was impressed with how much knowledge Ashley has about scoliosis while helping me complete various moves and how patient she is.
Rickye is an excellent trainer/coach. She is very detailed in explaining and demonstrating movements and how to do them correctly. She also makes sure you perform them properly. I have learned a lot from Rickye of things that I was doing incorrectly.
Love her support, guidance and enthusiasm. She is very knowledgeable too and always has modifications if a movement or exercise can't be done.
Today Mike was encouraging and fun like he always is. He took care to tailor the exercises to each person’s ability. He asked us how we were doing and made modifications when it was appropriate. He knows I’m trying to increase my strength so he pushes me a little, which I appreciate.

Rickye is the BEST! I appreciate that she made sure that we knew each other’s names at the beginning of class. I had recognized everyone but didn’t know their names. Rickye also knows the needs of my body and brought me adaptive equipment to support my neck and shoulders. She pushes me to get a challenging workout without hurting myself. I appreciate her keeping an eye out for me and my special needs. Thank you Rickye for taking care of me and helping me to take care of myself!
Mike always willing to make adjustments to my workouts as needed but he never lets me skip out. He knows so many options so he finds something that works

Today was not different than any other day because Mike is always phenomenal! He is upbeat, positive, encouraging and highly motivating. I always want to try my hardest when he is coaching.
He encourages us to push beyond where we think we can go but gets it when we say we have reached our limits. There may be more for him to learn in terms of watching and correcting our forms, but I think he’s gotten better with that. He’s always pleasant and upbeat and enjoyable to be around.
Rickye is the best. I could tell she had thought about my specific needs returning from an illness break. She had thought out how I should adapt certain exercises. She is so adept at juggling the needs of all of the individuals at once She was so attentive during the session and gave us specific feedback while maintaining an encouraging environment. I also loved the Motown theme! I love Rickye's classes.
He is a great motivator. He knows when to encourage me to do more.

Ashley is precise, kind, and motivating. She is able to help me identify appropriate muscle activation and positioning for safety and my best results. You work hard in her class but she brings a sense of calm and confidence.
Rosa was very helpful, kind, and patient. I just got a new knee brace and was a bit anxious about how a workout at the gym would work with it. Rosa showed me accommodations so i could get a good workout even using the brace. Great gym.

I always appreciate when the coach helps with weight recommendations and/or remembers the correct weight for me to use, or pushes me to go a bit higher which you are great at doing.
Today was a great workout. I love Ashley’s attention to detail. She explains which muscles should be firing- and she notices when we are doing moves correctly or need more prompting. I appreciate her visual cues—modeling with her hands what our feet should be doing and checking for understanding or confusion. She is constantly encouraging our efforts, It’s clear Ashley loves learning and helping us to be our best.

Excellent as always. I had some soreness today and she help me modify. So I felt better after I left instead of worst like other classes I tske at the studio.
I like the fact that Rickye demonstrates the movements for us so that we can do them properly. I also appreciate that she can keep us on track as we sometimes get distracted with conversations.

Karrie always assesses her class members and adjusts settings for each participants maximum benefit while always realizing there may be small tweaks needed for some of us (my bad back, for example). I love that she keeps the pace going for each activity and gives clear concise oral directions to help us go through the movements. Most of all, I love Karrie's sense of humor and her "realness". She is a wonderful coach who has pushed me to improve and stretch my physical strength and abilities but one who also adjusts the lesson when needed to help me through a lesson.

Cathy keeps us engaged and focused while reminding us about all the good stuff that’s happening to our bodies while we’re doing specific movements or exercises. She checks in with us in the beginning to see how we’re feeling and then helps us do our best.

Mike welcomed me immediately upon arrival. He was supportive and provided easy to understand guidance. He has a perfect personality and coaching style for those of us over 50, well quite a bit over 50. Finished my first class feeling physically good and personally supported in working on my goals.

After losing "fitness ground" during a 3-1/2 week road trip, Mike welcomed me back, suggesting movement adjustments that I needed for the new program. It was great to jump back in!
Friday's class was good. I was definitely feeling it after using the gliders. The hollow hold and roll overs are hard, more mental than you'd think getting everything moving to do a single task (rolling over). Thanks for hanging in there with us.
If I leave sweating, it was a good workout. Still making it fit within my capabilities but Mike helped me switch one up that I could do pain free. Always a bonus.

I love Coach Karrie. Her energy is uplifting. Her knowledge of Pilates and preparedness for class is definitely five star. I especially like how she modifies her lesson for each person. Not every person everyday feels the same.
