Ashley possesses a positive and encouraging attitude towards the semi private class. Lovely lady. Her cues were easy to understand and execute. As I am one that likes to be pushed and challenged, where I felt I could have done more, but I completely understand her caution as she remembers where we left off a couple of years ago. But all-in-all I felt great after class. It was great to see her again! Miss you Ashley!

Today with Mike was great. He noticed something was off with my knee in one exercise and reminded me about "soft" knees on another one. I enjoy Mike's classes.

Kathy did really well in my opinion because - She started the class by checking in with everyone to see if anyone has pain points and then checked in with them throughout the class. She encouraged us, reminding us to get water between sets and transitions Allowed us to go at our own pace while pushing us at the same time. I was struggling today , having returned from vacation, and she could tell I was slower the normal. She encouraged me and complimented me at the end of class I appreciated that She's a great instructor

Jack’s workouts are always challenging, Jack is knowledgeable about the body and how to make us more fit. He is fully engaged in each session providing important feedback to each person. His training is positive and motivating. Every training session is well structured and tailored to a variety of goals and abilities. Rickye made sure that we all knew each other at the beginning of class. She knows my weak points (neck) and constantly reminds me to keep my shoulders down. It is difficult for me to focus on my shoulders when I am focused on my workout. She knows how to motivate me and how far to push me. She uses humor in a positive way which is very motivating for me. Rickye also has in mind modifications that I need prior to me starting an exercise. I know that this has saved me from injuries. I appreciate that Rickye has the gym set up and ready for our class and our individual modifications. Rickye is very approachable and is willing to answer questions and help when I am feeling uncoordinated. She is encouraging and lets us know when we are doing something well. She also has great cognitive questions that really make me think. At the end of class she tells us of upcoming events for the gym and is very encouraging about them. Rickye is my favorite trainer and she really understands my limitations and strengths. A+ for Rickye!

I love Coach Karrie. Her energy is uplifting. Her knowledge of Pilates and preparedness for class is definitely five star. I especially like how she modifies her lesson for each person. Not every person everyday feels the same.

I love classes with Rickye. She pays close attention while we are moving and corrects when necessary, always making sure we are practicing with correct form. She modifies exercises as needed and checks in asking, “How you doing?” We get all that plus encouragement along the way. Rickye is both serious about health and very kind. I feel like she cares about me!

He is very skilled in observing and correcting form. Great attention to detail. Cues were good although I wasn’t sure what up was when on my back - toward head or toward ceiling. Lots of patience. Helped modify movements for my limitations. Lots of detailed instruction on breathing techniques.
