What’s one positive change you’ve noticed since joining Four Rivers CrossFit? I am feeling stronger and sleeping better because of the exercise. Lisa is an excellent coach and she considers the ages of her students and how to gently continue to push us to become more fit and to surpass what we think we are capable of.

Lisa is so caring and gives us wonderful explanations as to why the exercise she’s having us do is so important. I have made huge improvements in my personal health. Highly recommend to everyone.
Tony provides clear instructions and make sure everyone is listenin. specific feedback during each movement, helping me push when I’m going to light on my weights, but he also make sure I’m cautious and I’m doing the form correctly. He motivates everyone in there and treats everyone with respect.
Katie is an amazing CrossFit coach. From my experience, she is incredibly patient and always encouraging, no matter your level. She is very knowledgeable about the exercises and takes the time to explain movements clearly, which makes a huge difference in confidence and safety. What I appreciate most is that she truly cares about your growth and progress in CrossFit, not just getting through a workout. Training with her has been a very positive and motivating experience.

Angie is always one of the best coaches. You're going to get more than just a really good workout. You're going to be educated on how things work and why you do the movements. Whether it's for current reasons or for your future as you age. I love it when she's coaching the kids, too. She will not allow them to go too heavy (my boys always go heavy too soon. Ha!) before they have their form correct. Highly blessed to learn and be coached by her and the other coaches at 4rcf!!
It’s been fun to see Shelby’s fresh enthusiasm for coaching. She is focused during class and makes the effort to connect individually. I appreciate her honest feedback - ideas and suggestions for improving as well as she lets you know when your form looks good. I need both. I think my favorite is she models CF as a whole! She’s regularly in class sweating with us, working on skills, nutrition, mobility, recovery, etc. She knows the 411 on products/brands, shoes, athletes … and enjoys visiting about it. She has passion for the sport and it’s contagious.
Coach Tony has been very welcoming and accommodating for my specific needs from the moment I walked in. He takes the time to understand exactly what I require and adapts the workouts accordingly, making sure I can participate fully without feeling overwhelmed. He does a great job teaching proper techniques - he carefully observes my form during each movement and offers clear, hands-on guidance to help me improve and avoid injury. Throughout the session, Tony is encouraging and uplifting; his positive energy keeps me motivated even when the exercises get tough. Working with him at Four Rivers CrossFit feels personal and supportive, which makes all the difference in staying committed and enjoying the process.

Tony is great. He brings an element of realism, humor and professionalism to every class he teaches. He has a ton of knowledge and provides positive criticism when needed. He also encourages members to not push past pain just to prove something, that’s how injuries happen. Since joining Four Rivers Crossfit gym, I’ve increased and strength & stamina, I have more confidence in my CrossFit weightlifting abilities, and enjoy the camaraderie and encouragement at the gym. It’s been a great experience and will continue to go indefinitely.

First days back are rough, no doubt about it. The coach at Four Rivers CrossFit made a big difference by holding me accountable. I left the gym feeling tired but proud, knowing I had done something important for my fitness. It’s clear Four Rivers CrossFit cares about progress and not just going through the motions, which makes coming back after a break feel a lot less intimidating.

I like how Robby is constant watching for form and correcting when needed. This happens during the workout as well so I can make the correct movements and practice good habits. He takes time to demonstrate each exercise and answer each question, no matter how many times it’s asked

Robby, FRCF 6:30 pm class, love him! Always has a smile on his face and positive, makes class fun no matter how hard it is. Gets to know you as a person not just a member. Lots of laughs in that class, can truly call him a friend.

He did good job I think we could have used a little break in the middle between the 4 sets but that’s just my opinion but overall I think a 10 out of 10 experience definitely coming back!

Krystal is very exact in her eye for body placement. As I do my movements, I know that I can depend on Krystal to softly correct my postures, and or body placement. I appreciate her help, as I don’t want to injure any part of my body. Nobody has time for that at my age. I am a very happy cross fit participant. I always attend on Thursday, which is Krystal’s day. She is really encouraging and happy, and joyful to be around.
