I really never understood Turkish get ups until Coach Gene went step-by-step slowly with the class today. I’m not much better, but I do understand the movement. Maile and I have been to Many CrossFit gyms throughout the world and bar none coach Gene has been the best coach in not only explaining the movements for the day but he somehow is able to watch all the participants and give constructive feedback to everyone! I feel I’m a better CrossFitter due to not only coach Gene but all the coaches at Foundry. Thank you Foundry!

4 years ago I came in knowing absolutely nothing about CrossFit. Foundry has completely changed the way I see fitness. I love all of the coaches and I’ve never felt this strong and healthy!

Lynette ran a great class, reviewing technique for the row and KB swing before the workout began. The gym was super clean, too.
