My coach gives me structure when I needed it. The workouts push me, humble me, and show me that I’m capable of more than I thought. I an learning how to move with power, how to breathe through discomfort, and how to celebrate progress that isn’t always visible on the outside.
All coaches are so inviting and knowledgeable! The gym culture is supportive and everyone always encourages you to perform at your full potential! 10/10 recommendation!

Walt is always great at breaking down the movements and also helping me with modifications when needed. He always meets me where I am at with my health journey and supports me in times where I have physical limitations.
Fortitude continues to be a positive experience! I get consistant feedback about body posture/positioning/form, everytime I go encouragement, and after just one month my body feels so much stronger!
Excellent demonstration of the movements and constant corrections throughout. Also love how Walt remembers our goals, both short and long term, and applies those to each workout. And the class was a bunch of fun!

First time working with Walt, and have had the best experiences with Liv and Lauren as well! Absolutely love their coaching, breaking down every work out, attention to detail and form. I have learned more in the past month than I have in the past years from other gyms. So grateful 🙏 I love the options with every workout beginner/advanced/intermediate and really being able to tailor to each individual.

Really well. Lauren paid attention to everyone’s foot position to be sure they were properly performing movements and that they were hitting all of the major points of performance.

Brian always does an awesome job! He is fun and engaging during the warm-ups and encouraging/safe during the workouts. Any time I struggle he has great pointers to increase understanding, and to make the movement happen in the best way for the athlete. Love the whole FF crew!

Lauren is an amazing coach and she is always giving very helpful little tips so I can get the most out of my leg workouts. She is very good at explaining how to do correct squats and deadlifts. I feel like I’ve gained 2” on my thighs since training at the gym. I still have chicken legs, but hopefully that can change by the end of 2025.
Walter and the coaches at Fortitude Fitness make CrossFit HEALTHY. They look out for your previous injuries and personal goals and will modify anything they need to, to get you in the gym. I feel safe in their programming and encouraged to work harder than I generally believe that I can. I’ve gained confidence and strength in my time at Fortitude. They have created an environment of responsible and healthy decision making over ego, and that gets results!
Liv is a great coach to work with. She is fun and upbeat and always encouraging you to challenge yourself. She also does a great job of modeling and breaking down the movements and scaled options for each workout.

Fun workout today! This may seem funny but keeping my knees pointed out doing air squats really helped. They always seemed to wobble on the way up before.

Great Gym! One of the favorite gyms I’ve ever been to. I like to visit gyms anytime I’m on vacation. Coach Lauren was awesome! Great energy, she greeted me and made me feel welcome, she also checked to see if I had any limitations (which was appreciated). Had a great workout and would definitely come back again.

Liv was a great coach today. We did A LOT of rowing and she was both attentive and motivating. As a physical therapist, I appreciated her detail to my form and technique (especially when I started to get gassed!). Just little cues were helpful for me and made sure I wasn’t going to injure myself. Highly recommend this gym and these coaches!

Great! He spoke to every member. He walked through progressions, previewed the entire workout, and made an effort to ask how people were doing. Upbeat but not over the top. It felt like he knew his audience and cared about people.
Brian was great and came over to check my form for some of the more complex movements and made sure I felt comfortable with the weight I’d chosen. He explained everything well and I appreciated having the gym set up well to see the workout and timer.

Liv is always an excellent coach. I really appreciate her attention to detail and corrections I received regarding form. I'm not lifting as frequently as other CrossFit members and it's important to me to lift correctly to avoid getting injured. I really enjoy her classes!

I like the questions at the beginning of class! I feel like it being helps get to know everyone. I thought today went smoothly and liked that we partnered up on the overhead squats. It would have felt crowded otherwise. The main workout was crowded but worked.
Lauren balances the fun energy with taking her job as a coach seriously. I always leave feeling better than when I started.
