Brent is knowledgeable about my goals. Each class we have checkin and stretch goals, ie I want to lift more and be able to do pull ups. He gives input to each workout on reaching those goals. Today’s class was mix of cardio, abs, strength and balance. It’s always about time management and making use of the workout to achieve those long term and short term goals. Brent provides a space to focus and have clarity. Great job, Brent!

Honestly, I was reluctant to join this 21-day challenge at first. But I told myself no more excuses. Today was my first day at FitTRAC, and from the moment I walked in, I could tell this was different. Everyone was so nice and genuine - it felt like a community that actually cares. Trainer Brent is so personable and chill. I love his presence! He moves around the room with calm confidence, making sure everyone’s comfortable but still motivated. He took the time to explain each exercise clearly, encouraged me when I struggled with form, and adjusted my weights to match my current strength. He is truly the positive energy I need to get myself to the gym and keep pushing. I’m really looking forward to the next 21 days. I can’t wait to see the visible results coming my way. My personal goals are to have my clothes fit looser, to build more endurance and strength, and to feel energetic throughout the day. What makes this challenge even better is the personal accountability coach, Ariana, who was assigned to me. In just one Zoom call, she gave me tons of great advice and practical tools for healthy meal prep that fit my busy work schedule perfectly. She shared helpful tips about soy products that can improve sleep and reduce hot flashes, which I hadn’t considered before. Ariana is going to continue checking in on me regularly, which adds that extra layer of support I need to stay committed to my goals. I highly recommend FitTRAC!!

Coach Brent always pushes me hard during workouts but knows exactly when to adjust based on how my energy is that day. Brent is awesome! I love how he makes the class fun by mixing up different exercises that keep you moving and engaged the whole time. He gives a ton of tips on form, like reminding you to keep your shoulders back during squats or how to position your hands for better balance, which really helps prevent injuries and get the most out of each move. Great class today really tough, but Tajaen was encouraging everyone through out. My only feedback today is as a new person not familiar with the exercises I wish he had quickly gone through what they were.
Good warm up Challenging stations- balanced with strength and cardio training Could lead stretch at end and watch form throughout.

David is the most observant and engaged coach in the Menlo Park studio. He gives his full attention to his clients and constantly checks on posture, technique and provides modification. He also keeps track of ongoing injuries and also provides an amazing stretch after class to ensure we prevent injuries.

It was my first time returning to a gym in a number of years and I’ve added a lot to myself so I was not feeling very confident. Josh was very kind and helpful. Made great alternatives for my needs. He rolled with my less than stellar attitude I presented due to the current situation that is my body.

Tajaen is one of the most authentically warm persons, let alone coaches, that I get to interact with on a weekly to semi weekly basis. He is engaged with his clients in a way that I just don’t really know how to capture here. It’s not just that he’s on top of the corrections or providing rich routines; he is connecting with individuals and their idiosyncrasies in a way that I understand as differentiated and personal. It is what makes a great teacher. I just never knew that’s what made a great fitness instructor.

Laron helps me get the best out of each session. He demonstrates exercises and monitors to make sure I'm doing the exercise correctly. I'm able to move through different stations and Laron is able to answer any questions that come up. Lastly, Laron's music selection is bangers only and super motivational!

Brent was great! He was laid back but professional, demonstrated all the parts of each workout, so I felt like I had an idea what to do, was supportive, welcoming, and charming.

Luis was great! He was encouraging and motivating when I started to slow down but kept a positive attitude the whole time. He hyped up the whole group when we got towards the end of each set and were getting tired. He was helpful when he explained the exercises we would be doing and was patient when some of us needed them explained a second time.

Luis is a great coach and his workout sessions are incorporates cardio, core and strength training. His high energy makes sessions lively and fun. His popularity has increased which mean big group classes but he is still able to give attention to each member and correct form as needed.

Josh was great. He was friendly, engaging and encouraging. He handled a group with a wide range of capabilities and tended to each of their needs. As a new person I felt like I was put in a position to hit the ground running (mostly because I started with running) but Josh gave me what I needed to get going and checked on me at key times to make sure I was ok. It is hard to make group classes feel like individual coaching but this was close. I look forward to working with him again.

I had Luis teaching but I don't see his name on there. It was a great class. I was seriously worked! The moves were modifiable to suit my intro level and Luis, Darren and all my class mates made it more fun that work. Okay maybe that last bitvis a stretch but it was one of the most enjoyable classes I've done in a long time.

Ken did a really good job of making my first class comfortable and a feeling of no pressure.. Ken assisted without making me feel I should know how to do a certain exercise. Ken asked personal questions about my life and family which also made me feel welcomed!! The other classmates were really helpful and encouraging as well. Ken is a great Coach.
So I have to say! I thought I was similar in shape! Coach LaRon is amazing and I can’t tell you how welcoming he was and how he gives instructions on how to best use the body and weights.

Josh is awesome. Very low key, allows me to work out at a pace with which I am comfortable. He's always available for questions and will help with modifications and improvements to form. It can be intimidating to join a gym when you are so out of shape. Josh is very welcoming and helpful when asked, and also very supportive and encouraging in his own low-key way.
I found Tajaen to be the informative and enthusiastic. He explained and demonstrated the exercises we would do before the class began. He divided us into groups and then started the class. He assisted me and other participants with form and provided alternative positions when things were too difficult or challenging. Overall, I thought he did a good job and coached me through my first session well.
Josh was very engaging and adjusted the session as per my requirements. He was quite motivating. I am pretty new and he tried his best to correct my form. I am excited for the next class.

Excellent job. I arrived after a knee procedure and Ken was able to adjust our workout to meet my new needs on the fly. Our workout is constantly in a state of change/improvement to meet changing goals and expectations. Ken deals with the changes seamlessly

Josh always manages to push me beyond what I think I can do, and I’m usually pretty ambitious myself. Can’t say it’s always fun though;) Sometimes I would like to lift heavier with less reps - especially deadlifts, bench press, and squats.

Today was my first day with Coach LaRon. I greatly appreciated his work assessing my form to prevent an injury. The workout was challenging but not overwhelming. Definitely an excellent workout and I hope to go to more classes with him.
As all coaches at FT, the programs produced by Laron are always aggressive, difficult and different every time allowing you to recoup from the last. Nearly all of his workouts include a cardio component. He always offers alternatives to exercises if you have a part of your body that is injured or is in recuperation mode. Whether you’re 25 or 70 years old, these guys have a program for you.
Tajean does a great job keeping things moving along, injecting a bit of humor and a lot of encouragement and enthusiasm. He is friendly and funny and pays close attention to each person’s form. Before you know it, the workout is finished!

I’ve been training with Coach Mario at FitTRAC for almost 2 years. It’s the best training I’ve ever received. I’ve used other gyms, but FitTRAC track is the best; they pay close attention to my personal Strengths and weaknesses, and they have a wealth of information that they apply to I need.
Josh was helpful and understanding. I have old injuries that flare up from time to time and Josh modifies the exercises to accommodate my challenges.

I did have an observation that might enhance the experience for new participants like me would be to recommend a less crowded time for beginners as I felt that I was holding up the class. Josh is a great coach he is patient, has to repeat himself and help me get through the exercises. He expresses concern but is not overbearing about it. He doesn’t meddle in affairs that do not concern him. I missed him when he was on vacation. He is young and I know that eventually he’ll move on to bigger personal goals. I am sure that he will do well. I wish I had his youth that I am jealous of. Overall, I think fittrac is a great place and I am happy that I joined.

I've tried many programs before but couldn't develop a routine/habit around it. I now go consistently 3 times a week for almost 3 years. It truly has changed my life and I couldn't be more grateful to Ken and the entire team.
Coach David is really good about checking in with all clients and each of their ailments and suggesting other exercises to do. Also love that he guides us through stretching after every workout. Super kind guy!
Coach Mario is always well prepared and punctual. He challenges me in a supportive way to do better and try things I've never done before. He listens and asks good questions to make sure that the exercises are appropriate for me. With Coach Mario's guidance I can tell that my level of fitness is improving.

Coach Jag was, as always, attentive to our actions and form, but not in an overbearing or authoritarian way. Very supportive and gets the most out of me, even when I don't think I have it in me.

Overall, Coach Laron has outstanding workouts. Very well designed for flow and body parts. Today’s workout seemed a little light in comparison. The third block had 3 cardio sets- box jumps are cardio for me. No abs today. He did mention, he shifted his workout based on yesterday‘s workout, which I did not attend. Nice to hear that the coaches plan their workout in coordination with each other.
