What a great way to start the New Year! I can always count on Coach Brianna and the FFL team to help push me to get out of my comfort zone and to do better each time. Although I might moan and groan in my head when I see certain exercises, Brianna motivates me to push through! The music is always a plus too! I always end up leaving FFL gym feeling accomplished and exhausted 😌

Class was great and even though it was a very large group, Mike did well in adding a last minute station. Did everybody sign up for class before class? I think that needs to be enforced so that that you improvise in case you need to although you did a great job

For those with physical limitations, Brianna offers alternative exercises, making sure everyone feels included and capable. Additionally, Brianna is highly knowledgeable about stretches and recovery. She frequently shares targeted stretches that help alleviate tightness in muscles worked during the session, which has been a game-changer for me.

I recently completed a workout with Brianna and it was an excellent experience! The session was challenging but well-structured, keeping me motivated throughout. The trainer was attentive to form and made helpful adjustments to maximize the effectiveness of each exercise. I felt a great sense of accomplishment after the workout, and I’m definitely feeling stronger. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, this workout will push you in the right way. Highly recommend!

All the coaches are great! No complaints there. I do have one improvement idea: This is pertaining to the guys. We tend to get paired by ability it seems. This is a great motivator, however, there are certain exercises where only 1 heavier weight item is available (i.e., medicine ball, slam ball, kettle bell). It would be nice to have multiple options for the heavy lifters so we're not competing for the same equipment. Respectfully Submitted

I ❤️ Fit For Life Best 30 min workout with a great group of people. Coaches are Terrific and always mindful to correct technique or offer modifications as needed. If I had to choose one, Coach, as my favorite, it would be near impossible 💪

Jorge and Mike were great, very knowledgeable, during the training they were checking on everyone, you feel like you have a personal couch, they watch everyone and give the direction on how to do the exercise right , I highly recommend Fit for life gym.
Bri is amazing, she is not only knowledgeable but she is very positive and creates a very positive environment to work out. She always takes care of me she corrects my position and teaches me how to improve in every aspect of my work out. I have learned a lot thanks to her classes and she encourages me every time. I liked the class, it was a good mix of cardio, leg and abs and Jorge was always motivating us to push harder which was cool. I also liked that he added the ropes which we dont use that often. Overall it was a good sweat. Jorge always has the best music.
