Marie is an awesome instructor! She is ALWAYS fun, friendly, welcoming, and knows everyone by name. She is knowledgeable and makes it a point to thoroughly demonstrate movements and modifications for all levels. I love the emphasis on the core, posture, balance, controlled movements, breathing and muscles being used. I get a solid workout without stressing my knees. Marie is positive and encouraging. She asks for our feedback and how we’re doing throughout the class. She makes me want more of Mat Pilates!

Khrisna is my fav instructor. She’s always super upbeat and attentive. She gives specific choices so you can individualize, and is so quick to give modifications. It’s a tough workout, but goes by quickly. Khrisna always makes it fun.

I enjoy your classes but really like the classes where you group 2 or 3 exercises together which you did today. I feel it is a better workout. You also tightened up the timing- less dead time. Good class!! Thank you!!

Khrisna’s class was challenging and fun. To ensure that we are able to perform each exercise, we demonstrate it before we begin, and recommends alternatives if it’s too difficult. During the class, she consistently reminds us of proper form and technique. Appreciate her encouragement and enthusiasm.

It was a great class. Just the right amount of challenge! Would be good to offer both the standard and the modified version upfront so it isn’t necessary to ask for the easier way to do any given exercise.. : )
