You walk out feeling stronger, more confident, and like you actually learned something new each time. Raj is very impressive to watch and he obviously is very skilled and technical with his moments. I think sometimes slowing the class down to give more demonstrations or scaled versions would be helpful
Raj is always positive and starts off class with an ice breaker to make it feel even more like a community. He’s extremely good at explaining how to do different movements, demonstrating with perfect form, and helps give queues so we can replicate it in our workouts. He’s a fantastic coach and wonderful person all around! Love when Raj is coaching!

LOVE this gym, stoked to be back! The crew is so welcoming and friendly. Eric sets a high bar for making people feel welcome and seen! Super appreciated. Hailey did a good job moving around and checking in. One constructive criticism- standards could have been pushed a little harder. It's something I have missed, being out of the gym and going it solo, and a cornerstone of crossfit. Overall- so grateful for the opportunity to be a part! Thanks team!

If you want hands on + deeply involved coaching, Eric is your guy and this is the place to be! I love coaches who are tuned to their athletes and can provide minor or major adjustments to ensuring proper form to maximize the benefit of the movement! The community is very supportive and welcoming!

Jack is a great coach! He provides invaluable instruction on form and makes more challenging movements accessible through progressive scaling options. I leave his classes always feeling like I have been successful in improving one aspect of my fitness whether it was strength, mastering a new movement, endurance or mobility.
I had a great experience today with Jack. He helped me modify the skill I did not have to a skill that was aggressive and doable. Overall excellent at explaining the workout and how to accomplish it!

I did not get any feedback from Raj today (this is a usual experience), gave great rundown on deadlift instructions, had a great warmup, played some solid tunes for a hard workout! 💪🏼

Jack is always awesome about building up to and helping to scale the workout of the day. There no need to be scared of workouts because he works with you to find what you need, where you are, and where your body is for the day.

Today, Jack broke down an unbelievably intimidating workout into manageable & achievable bite size pieces. Coach Jack’s talent is effortlessly fine tuning workouts to each athlete’s needs to work hard and hit stimulus, while maintaining morale. Already looking forward to our next one!
Warm up: clearly laid out on whiteboard, kept us moving & felt prepared for workout. WOD:Well planned with the two heats so all athelets could use echo bike. Thoughtfully created tests to set expectations for calorie ride...I felt more confident knowing I could achieve calorie goal in 60 seconds. Post or Pre work was self regulated and appreciated given the intensity of the WOD.

Had an injury and Eric helped identify a good modification for the workout helping me still get a good sweat on without any further pain or injury.
Brad is super friendly and takes time to focus on each individual’s needs. He provides insightful cues for performing complex moves safely. He encourages scaling workouts to fit the individual abilities.
Brad did a great job explaining the workout, each movement, and how to approach it. He brought positive energy and was encouraging throughout. We got an excellent workout as a result, and had a good time!

I had a fun workout today with raj despite it being difficult. He opened and closed with fun questions, thoroughly explained the workout, and was encouraging throughout.
Raj always brings energy and a positive attitude which sets a great tone. Explains all movements with great definition. He even stayed with me after class for a few extra minutes to provide a few additional pointers to smooth out my transitions with the toes to bar. Appreciate all that you do for myself and the gym!
Today was my very first CrossFit workout/gym visit. Eric made me feel comfortable and explained all the exercises thoroughly. I felt supported and encouraged! I will definitely be back.

As always, Coach Eric was an energizing yet empathetic supporter throughout class today! Nothing special has to happen during a class for the experience to stand out from working with other trainers and coaches I've had in the past - just his regular instruction and support does the trick. I have to admit, I've low-key had a fear of back squats for forever (as a plus-size woman with chronic pain, most lifts are intimidating in the first place), so when I saw the WOD for this morning, I was nervous to say the least. However, with a quick pep-talk, subtle tweaks to my form, and consistent, encouraging words from Coach Eric, I actually ended up hitting a PR :)
Brad was awesome. He does such a great job of cuing, and made me think about deadlifts differently! Thx Brad
