Bret sets the coaching bar high and consistently coaches at that level. He explains and demonstrates each workout and warms us up without rushing through the moves. Then he quietly observes and gently corrects form so that movements and lifts can be executed correctly and safely. As class concludes, Bret takes the time to tell each of us, individually, that we did a good job. After Bret's class, I know that I will have great day!

Jenny is such an amazing coach! She really makes sure we all get the hang of the lesson each day. If anyone’s not sure, she’s always happy to go over it again. Today, something little caught my eye that really stuck with me. Someone had forgotten what to do at their station, and instead of just saying the name of the exercise and moving on, she used the name followed by a less technical term that was pretty much just a helpful description that made it easy to understand, especially for those who aren’t as experienced. It might seem like a small thing, but her eagerness to help with something as simple as teaching us the vocabulary is just one more awesome thing she provides. Her positive attitude makes her classes so much fun, and her encouragement and help create a supportive environment where everyone feels like they belong and can do their best.

I enjoyed my first Everlasting Cross-Fit class with Bruce! He had a natural teaching style, and simply allowed the class to flow. Bruce was an easily approachable coach and I felt comfortable in the gym as a newbie. Coach demonstrated all of the workouts. And, I like his idea of team jumping jack claps! High Five!

This was my first CrossFit class EVER!! At the beginning of class I discussed my physical limitations with Anthony and he happily provided modifications, Anthony remained supportive and encouraging for the duration of the class. The class was challenging, but enjoyable!

Today was a good day getting back into it, I've been out for a month or so but glad to be back. Meg made a good point to switch up the perform and move workouts, so I did the move workout this day which was a much better decision. The move and engine workouts are great, and I am really enjoying the new programming. I might stick with move and engine for a little and then get back into weightlifting/Perform. Everyone was very friendly and encouraging. The instructor did a great job outlining what was going to happening during the class. Great atmosphere to workout in. Great place to be challenged. I’ll be more prepared next time!!

Today’s workout was complex with a large class. Chelsea did amazing organizing the large groups, getting the white board talk in and supporting each athlete all in an hour. Well done Chelsea!!
