I love the lift class at EDR Fitness - it’s very challenging with a perfect balance of intensity and focus that keeps me fully engaged throughout. The coach provides clear, practical tips to avoid injuries, like carefully correcting my form during deadlifts by guiding my posture and foot placement, and reminding me how to engage my core properly to protect my back. Because it’s a small group, we get that personal training attention exactly when we need it, whether it’s adjusting the weight to match our strength that day or demonstrating a safer way to perform a movement, which makes every exercise feel tailored and effective. The coach is knowledgeable and motivational, always encouraging us to push through fatigue while emphasizing safety and proper technique. This class gives me confidence that I’m building strength the right way, with movements that feel controlled and purposeful. I truly believe it will help me attain my 2026 goals.
Pae is an amazing coach. Always pushes you to be your best. Positive vibes only. Respectful of different fitness levels. Dillon, Mark, Jada and Caitlyn have also been amazing trainers on my journey at this fitness club. This gym has me in the best physical shape of the last 20 years at age 42. I am performing better in my sports and overall feeling great about myself. The variable programs keeping you working different muscle groups and the results are obvious from week to week when you repeat a program and see yourself increase in reps or weights. The physical change you will see and feel in your body with consistent attendance is inspiring. There is such a great community vibe between staff and participants. If you commit to 3 days a week for your first 6 weeks you will already feel the momentum of your increased abilities. I am very thankful for the care, consistency and support that Mike provides at this fitness centre. He is regularly at the location training and taking a vested interest in his clients and their goals, lives and feedback. He is continually evolving his workout space with equipment, specialized trainers and routines that will keep your body advancing to whatever limits you want to reach. After being a patron for almost 2 years now I have met new friends, workout accountability buddies and even brought some of my own friends to join my fitness journey.
Dillon is attentive, knowledgeable, and engaged with each member of the class. I feel safe to push the limits on what I’m lifting, knowing he’s there with a steady spot!
I absolutely love this gym. Trainer Mike makes sure everyone’s form and technique is perfect. He truly cares about your progress. Highly recommended!

I’ve been training at this gym for a while now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. The environment is super motivating, and everyone here has a positive attitude. Coach Mike he’s incredible! He pushes you just the right amount, always takes the time to correct your form, and genuinely cares about your progress. His workouts are challenging but effective. If you’re looking for a gym where you actually enjoy showing up and have a coach who keeps you accountable, this is definitely the place.

I attended a trial MOVE class and was pleasantly surprised by how effective it was. The session focused on gentle, guided movements and stretches that really targeted my joints and flexibility. By the end of the class, I felt lighter, more mobile, and noticed a significant reduction in my usual joint pain. Dillon was knowledgeable and attentive, offering modifications with props where needed and ensuring everyone felt comfortable. The class struck the perfect balance between being challenging enough to feel productive, yet easy to follow. Overall, it was an excellent experience that left me not only moving better but also feeling encouraged to continue. I’d highly recommend this class to anyone looking to improve mobility, reduce stiffness, or simply feel better in their body.

Always a great workout at EDR! The perfect balance of pushing hard with my workouts at the gym and still having more energy to go through the rest of my day. All the coaches and members are so friendly and welcoming, it feels like my second home. So glad to have found EDR almost a year and a half ago. Highly recommend them to all my family and friends!!
Truly, truly, Mike’s caliber in coaching and teaching is top notch. He is so knowledgeable about so much. So grateful to have a coach who sincerely cares for all the members and the community. We need more like him. ☺️
Mike “The Meat Man” Sablotny is a great coach who really knows his meat. Whether it’s smoked brisket or human muscle… this guy knows meat. Maximize gains and deliciousness in one pass at this incredible gym.

Mike's flexibility and mobility program has been so beneficial to living a healthier lifestyle. It goes beyond simple yoga stretches to useful exercises that tap into muscles I've been under utilizing from living a sedentary lifestyle being. You and your body will thank you.

I had such a great experience at the gym today! The coach was incredibly knowledgeable and really attentive to everyone’s form and needs. I felt so welcomed from the moment I walked in, and the energy in the space made working out actually fun. Can’t wait to go back!

I love this class! Caitlyn Amaral is the best! She explains every move clearly and she’s a lot of fun to work with. I highly recommend this gym and their great variety of classes. It’s definitely helped me to get stronger and more flexible and best of all, it’s helped me get rid of back pain!

Always had an amazing experience at EDR. From day one, they’ve been incredibly supportive, motivating, and knowledgeable.
It was my first ever training session for my body fitness. I noted that Mike understands each of the member very well and thus he made me do all the exercises very effectively to the extent possible in the first go itself. He looked into every moment i made for different exercises and wherever i could improve he always stepped in immediately to guide me, so that i can get maximum benefit out of difficult postures. He is one of a kind knowledgeable and nice coach to be mentored by.

I can’t recommend this gym enough! The workouts are challenging yet modifiable and the coachs are incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. I’ve seen real progress in my strength and energy levels since joining, and the atmosphere is very positive and encouraging.

It was great having Caitlyn and Jada guide me through my first lift class. Caitlyn really helped me with my posture and spent extra time explaining the exercises. Very happy!
Today's workout was great! It felt short and sweet thanks to the supersets, so the hour flew by. I liked having a bit of cardio mixed in for the energy pump
I always look forward to sessions with Mike. He’s attentive, makes the sessions lively (even at 6am!) and is very knowledgeable.
New class was great. I would love to see power sessions like that built in more frequently. Felt like a cross between a lift and sweat class with the endurance aspect. I would go to power classes as frequently as weight lifting classes
