I’ve been a member of this incredible gym for quite some time now, and I can’t speak highly enough of the EDR family! Mike and coaches are not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about helping each member achieve their personal goals. They provide a perfect blend of strength, mobility and weight lifting, ensuring a well-rounded approach to workout routines. What I appreciate most is the personalized attention, coaches who take the time to adjust techniques and provide advice that works specifically for me. The atmosphere is motivating but also incredibly inclusive, and it’s clear that the gym's independent nature allows for a more intimate, client-focused experience. This gym truly stands out in every way—highly recommend it for anyone looking to improve their fitness while in a warm and supportive community.

It was my first ever training session for my body fitness. I noted that Mike understands each of the member very well and thus he made me do all the exercises very effectively to the extent possible in the first go itself. He looked into every moment i made for different exercises and wherever i could improve he always stepped in immediately to guide me, so that i can get maximum benefit out of difficult postures. He is one of a kind knowledgeable and nice coach to be mentored by.

Working with Caitlyn has been a truly transformative experience! One of a kind program and classes. There’s nothing like it. Classes are so great and you don’t have to be an athlete to be able to do it. If you have a new year resolution, this program is so much more sustainable. I recommend everyone to try it.

I can’t recommend this gym enough! The workouts are challenging yet modifiable and the coachs are incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. I’ve seen real progress in my strength and energy levels since joining, and the atmosphere is very positive and encouraging.

Move class with Mike is always a full body workout with the perfect mix of strength and flexibility exercises. The class is always challenging but accessible for everyone. Mike’s Move classes have definitely helped strengthen my back and reduce back pain overall.

New class was great. I would love to see power sessions like that built in more frequently. Felt like a cross between a lift and sweat class with the endurance aspect. I would go to power classes as frequently as weight lifting classes
